Esta aplicación es creada por un equipo de estudiantes de contaduría pública. La App
CLIENT-ON es una herramienta funcional esta realiza funciones de comunicación entre
entidad y clientes, esta es una aplicación innovadora en el software contable Siigo ya que este
software no cuenta con esta opción para sus clientes. es fácil de descargar en un dispositivo
móvil, ocupan menos espacio de almacenamiento con una capacidad de 99,45 MB, es más
rápida de instalar, puede ser instalado desde tiendas Play Store, Amazon Appstore, App
Galery y Apple Store, se descarga gratuitamente.
La App debe estar descargada en su equipo de uso diario, este le pide algunos
permisos para poder operar en el equipo. Después de tenerlo instalado este le pide sus datos
para el ingreso y protección, creando contraseña y usuario, seguidamente ingresa los datos de
la entidad y el proyecto en el cual está vinculado. Puede realizar una petición vía correo
corporativo o llamada para que la oficina de contabilidad le genere el código de ingreso,
recibiendo un protocolo de seguridad de validación. Después de esto ya accede al proyecto,
actividad o recurso. En la APP Client – on puedes encontrar:
- Actualización del proyecto, actividad o recurso.
- Información de la entidad.
- Saldos.
- Fechas de programación de pagos y documentos requeridos.
- Fechas de entrega por parte de la entidad.
- Control e información de movimientos bancarios por medio de gráficos
entendibles
- Chat, para recibir dudas e inquietudes.
Esta App presenta un aporte al entorno empresarial y social, siendo interactiva, con un
agradable diseño, facilitando el acceso de la información que el cliente necesite. Actualmente
las áreas contables en su tramo ocupacional tienen exceso de mano de obra en la parte
contable y financiera, los clientes son importantes en el crecimiento empresarial sostenible.
Tenemos que contribuir a la asequibilidad, la comunicación, el bienestar, la facilidad, la

ligereza, y la buena información que se presenta a los clientes, para promover una mayor
eficiencia en la gestión financiera. Además de esto, se plantea una solución a algunas
circunstancias que se presentan hoy en día como es la pandemia de Covid 19, debido a esto y
haciendo un estudio de mercadeo, es viable la inversión ya que en la actualidad es necesario el
manejo en la virtualidad.

The App must be downloaded on your computer for daily use, it asks for some
permissions to operate on the computer. After having it installed, it asks for your data for
login and protection, creating password and user, then enter the data of the entity and the
project in which it is linked. You can make a request via corporate mail or call the accounting
office to generate the login code, receiving a security validation protocol. After this, you can
access the project, activity, or resource. In the APP Client - on you can find:
- Project, activity, or resource update.
- Entity information.
- Balances.
- Payment scheduling dates and required documents.
- Delivery dates by the entity.
- Control and information of bank movements by means of understandable graphics.
- Chat, to receive doubts and concerns.

This App presents a contribution to the business and social environment, being
interactive, with a nice design, facilitating access to the information that the client needs.
Currently, the accounting areas in its occupational section have excess labor in the accounting
and financial part, clients are important in sustainable business growth. We have to contribute
to the affordability, communication, welfare, ease, lightness, and good information that is
presented to customers, to promote greater efficiency in financial management. In addition to
this, we propose a solution to some circumstances that arise today as is the pandemic of Covid
19, due to this and making a marketing study, the investment is viable because at present it is
necessary to manage in virtuality.
