1.1. OBJETIVO
GENERAL

El objetivo de este Plan Básico de Seguridad y Salud es definir los

riesgos laborales que puedan surgir en la obra según los parámetros

(tecnología, diseño y materiales) empleados en el proyecto. Una

vez definidos los riesgos que afectan a la salud y a la integridad

física del personal que intervendrá en la construcción, se proponen

las medidas de prevención y protección para reducirlos y/o

controlarlos.

Establecer los lineamientos técnicos necesarios para garantizar la

seguridad de los trabajadores ocupacionales (N O EXISTE LA

SEGURIDAD “0”).

1.2. OBJETIVOS
ESPECIFICOS

 Generar competencias centrales en diagnósticos en seguridad y

salud.

 Desarrollar mecanismos prácticos y fáciles de identificación,

control y alternativas de solución en
riesgos ocupacionales.

 Contribuir a disminuir los índices de accidentalidad.

 Operativizare implantar las disposiciones establecidas en el DS Nro.

009-2005-TR, y su modificatoria el DS Nro.-200
007-TR y DS Nro. 008

2.1. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA OBRA Y
CARACTERÍSTICAS:
La obra contempla la construcción de una losa deportiva con

servicios higiénicos, graderías de concreto, cobertura metálica

e instalación de grass sintético y también un plaza cívica con

juegos recreacionales con sus respectivas vereda de concreto

de 4" acab ado piedra lavada f'c=175 kg/cm2, martillos de

concreto f’c 175kg/cm2, bermas con adoquines de concreto

f’c 420kg/cm2, sardineles de concreto f’c175kg/cm2 y los

acabados finales.

2.2. UBICACIÓN

Se ubica en la Junta Vecinal la Concordia distrito de Gregorio

Albarracín Lanchipa Tacna, Tacna

Para la elaboración del presente plan de seguridad, nos

basamos netamente en la base legal dada por elministerio de

trabajo:

Este documento podrá ser modificado en función del proceso

de ejecución de la obra y de las posibles incidencias o

modificaciones de proyecto que puedan surgir a lo largo de la

misma, previa aprobación del Residente de Obra; de tal

manera que la Gerencia d eberá comunicar al personal

cualquier cambio que se realice.
