3. Function description
This unit shall be installed between in Building Management System (BMS) and air conditioning, which provide with BACnet interfaces,
associating these two systems to realize the systems integration.
BMS is allowed to access any online air conditioning in central air conditioning system for information collection and operation control, after
proper installation of central air conditioning and this unit.

3.1 Information collection

This unit is provided a function that collecting information from the central A/C by BMS, which operation states' data of Air-cooled Modular units
within A/C system could be obtained by accessing the specifically BACnet object. Refer to “Object table” for detail object infromation.

3.2 Operation control

The unit provides BMS control the central A/C, with four setting functions to control the Air-cooled Modular units in which of the system. Setting
functions included “Operation mode setting”, “temperature setting”, “Wire controller lock setting”and "Alarm clear setting". By modify the
corresponding BACnet object variables to set the unit’s operation status. Refer to “Object table” for detail object information.

CAUTION
Do not frequently operate the air conditioner, to prevent the inconsistent status of the system operation status with the excepted operation.
The operation time interval for different targets in the same air-conditioning unit should be over 60 seconds, to ensure the timelessness and
effectiveness of the changing the air-conditioning status.

4. System structure of product

This network system is mainly consisted of BACnet control gateway, KJR-08B (or KJR-120A) wire controller and sub-module. BACnet control gateway
can provide four bars of 485bus; each bus can connect with 15 KJR-08B (or KJR-120A) wire controllers at most and each wire controller can maximally
connect with 16 air-cooled heat pump main control panels (supposed that one module unit has only one main control panel, then every wire controller
can maximally connect with 16 air-cooled heat pump modules), so that this system can maximally connect 15*16=240 air-cooled heat pump modules.
And the air-cooled heat pump module with the address 0 is main unit, others are slave units.
Unit: There are two kinds of main control panel in our air-cooled heat pump unit: one is the old type main control panel for KJR-08B wire controller
(Currently on the market basically is this type); the other is new main control panel for KJR-120A wire controller. KJR-120A wire controller can control
both the new and old main control panel, but KJR-08B wire controller cannot control the new main control panel. As different refrigerant capacities, the
quantity of main control panel which configured with the unit will be different; the quantity will be varied from 1 to 4. Generally, module addresses of unit
with several main control panels are continuous.

CAUTION
BACnet of CCM08 series must connect with Building Control System at the same IP subnet! Otherwise, the unit could not work normally.
Ethernet interface and the computer can be directly connected, you can also connect through the switch.

5. Configuration illustration
Setting configuration before using this unit, whether can’t provide to preinstall function. User input IP address of this unit into the browser,
using WEB access function of this unit set air conditioning.
5.1 Control setting
Control of local network has only one control code in range between 0 and 63.Its name will auto-produce following address or has set by self
that convenient for remembrance. After the equipment has set and restart, then modifier will preform in the equipment.
5.2 Safe setting
Controller was reset function through administrator’s keyword provided by network. After setting will effect at once and need’t restart.

5.3 Network setting

Eth0 and eth1 are Ethernet interfaces in the control. Eth0 of BACnet/IP can be used at present, eth1 doesn’t.
IP address of eth0 has been set“10.46.1.251”before ex-factory, please modified to appropriate network address. Please contact with
network manager to know detailed infromation.

5.4 BACnet setting

The BACnet network code represents only one of the BACnet Centralized Controller, at the range from 0 to 65355. Once set up the address,
please restart the device to renew the modified settings to become effective.
BACnet network No. is the BACnet network No. that belong to the BACnet device of the MDV series air conditioner which under connect with
the BACnet centralized controller. For different centralized controller must be set in different BACnet network NO., which is the unique number
in the system could not be used for represent the other device or BACnet centralized controller.

5.5 Wire controller type setting

At present, wire controller has two selections, which are KJR08B and KJR120A, selecting according to the actual wire controller type. There
are 4 bars of bus in the system, and each bus can connect with different types of wire controller. Because of different wire controller correspond
to different data communication agreements, so choose the wrong type of wire controller that will cause abnormal data, please carefully select
for this item configuration.

7. BACnet device integration
BACnet target is divided into wire controller object and sub-module object, and one wire controller will be a BACnet system device object, a sub-module
electric control panel will be a BACnet device object. There are total 4 bars of bus for controller, and one BACnet control gatewaycan maximally
accommodate 256 BACnet device objects. The quantity of wire controller BACnet devices and detailed objects as follow:
Specific to the wire controller used in the system and the main control panel of unit module, this device provides different device lists. These
air-conditioning devices identifications and BACnet object generations are automatic.
And MV/AV type object of wire controller is readable and writeable, and other objects are only readable. The wire controller mode and temperature
setting value only be operated as the following rules, otherwise it might be error. Meanwhile, this gateway only provides connectors for BACnet objects,
if it needs complicated control operations, then programming control for the third part DDC controller when the system is integrating.
Rule 1: Under the process of cooling and heating water pump modes shifting, it should off the unit and then do the other modes setting. The model
contains two objects:MV1,MV2.one for the output control, one for the input detection.
Rule 2: It needs to select the wire controller type before setting cooling, lowest temperature heating and highest temperature heating,
meanwhile refers to the following BACnet objects.
