CUATRO CAÑADAS”
De mi mayor consideración.
Mediante la presente, hago conocer que en la comunidad Independencia, correspondiente al
Municipio de Cuatro Cañadas, perteneciente a la Sexta Sección de la Provincia Ñuflo de Chávez del
Departamento de Santa Cruz de la Sierra, en fecha 16 de octubre del 2020, se procedió a realizar el
acta de entrega y conformidad de reservorios ejecutados, correspondiente al Proyecto de:
“CONSTRUCCIÓN DE OBRAS DE PROTECCIÓN Y MANEJO DE AGUA PARA LA PRODUCCIÓN
AGROPECUARIA EN EL MUNICIPIO DE CUATRO CAÑADAS”.
Dichos trabajos fueron realizados y supervisado por la Empresa Unipersonal de SUPERVISION
“ELICEO VICENTE COAGIRA”, la cual se comenzó en fecha 18 de septiembre del 2020 (Viernes) y se
culminó en fecha 21 de septiembre del 2020 (Lunes), es decir que en dos días se concluyó en realizar
la ejecución de dos reservorios.
Luego de inspeccionar los trabajos y verificar que cumple con todo lo especificado en el proyecto,
se procedió a realizar el acta de entrega y conformidad del trabajo ejecutado correspondiente al
proyecto, estando presentes Los Representantes de la Alcaldía Municipal de Cuatro Cañadas,
Autoridades de la Localidad Beneficiados, para verificar y constatar que la ejecución de la misma se
realizó según lo establecido el Proyecto.
Asimismo, se especifica los datos de los reservorios, se adjunta también esquemas y reportes
fotográficos, como también el acta de entrega.
