Asunto: Invitación al taller de capacitación virtual para el cumplimiento de la Meta 3 en el

marco del Programa de Incentivos a la Mejora de la Gestión Municipal del año 2020.

Tengo el agrado de dirigirme a usted para saludarle cordialmente y, a su vez, hacer de su

conocimiento que mediante Decreto Supremo N° 217-2020-EF publicado el 07 de agosto de 2020
en el Diario Oficial El Peruano, se aprobaron las metas del Programa de Incentivos a la Mejora de la
Gestión Municipal (PI) correspondientes al 31 de diciembre del año 2020.

En ese contexto, el Ministerio del Ambiente (MINAM), a través de la Dirección General de Gestión
de Residuos Sólidos (DGRS), brindará la orientación técnica y acompañamiento para el
cumplimiento de la Meta 3: Implementación de un sistema integrado de manejo de residuos
sólidos municipales. En ese sentido, se han programado talleres de capacitaciones virtuales para
el cumplimiento de la meta, dirigido a dos (02) funcionarios municipales que estén a cargo del área
de gestión de residuos sólidos y del área de planeamiento y presupuesto, quienes deberán

Los talleres se realizarán según cronograma y programa adjunto, en los siguientes horarios: 08:30
hasta las 13:30 horas y 14:00 hasta las 19:30 horas. Las fechas y enlaces de las salas virutales
serán publicados en el portal web del Ministerio del Ambiente (MINAM)
