Para mantener siempre un óptimo funcionamiento de su motocicleta debe ser sometida a una revisión regular. Nosotros sugerimos que
después de los primeros 300 km de funcionamiento de su motocicleta tiene que ser examinada en su centro de servicio local y a partir de eso
una vez cada 1000 km de nuevo.

Gracias por su elección de Nuestra Motocicleta. Este es meticulosamente diseñada y precisamente manufacturado con tecnología avanzada
y equipo con el fin de ofrecerle una sensación segura y confortable para manejar, trayéndole así más conveniencia durante su vida diaria y el
estudio.
Por favor lea este manual cuidadosamente antes de usted iniciar a manejar y entienda todos los detalles en el. Esto le ayudara a saber lo que
es un buen método de mantenimiento y servicio, y como operar su vehículo con el fin de tener menos problemas y una larga vida útil.
Sinceramente le deseamos un buen viaje en su motocicleta.

Nota:
Debido a nuestro mejoramiento continuo, tal vez hay una pequeña diferencia entre este manual y su motocicleta. Si usted tiene alguna pregunta
sobre esto, por favor contacte su distribuidor.

I.PARTES VARIAS DE FUNCIONAMIENTO

A. TABLERO DE INSTRUMENTOS:
1. Velocímetro:
•Velocidad de salida se basada en 1km por hora.

2. Medidor de distancia acumulada:

• La distancia total hacia adelante es indicada por km.
El número negro con fondo blanco indica 100m unidad.

3. Medidor de combustible:
• Indica el volumen de combustible en el tanque de combustible.
(Gire primero el interruptor principal).
• Si la aguja apunta en la sección roja, esto indica que el residuo de combustible es aproximadamente 1.5 litros. Llénelo con gasolina tan
pronto sea posible.
• Por favor inserte la llave dentro del agujero de liberación, o no exactamente mostrado.

4. Indicador de haz alta:

• Encienda el interruptor de la luz delantera en la noche. Si el interruptor de intensidad está en “ALTA”, el indicador se iluminará e indicar el
haz alto.

 5. indicador de señales de giro:
• El indicador de la señal de giro parpadeará si el interruptor de la señal de giro esta en operación.

B. INTERRUPTOR PRINCIPAL

1. OFF:
• La energía eléctrica del motor está apagado y el motor detenido.
• Usted puede quitar la llave.

2. ON:
• La energía eléctrica del motor es conectada y usted puede iniciar.
• Usted no puede quitar la llave.

3. BLOQUEO:
• La entrega de dirección es bloqueada.
• Usted puede quitar la llave.

AVISO:
• Después del bloqueo, gire la manija de dirección suavemente para asegurarse que este bloqueada.
• No se estacione en un lugar de tráfico retardante.

C. BOTON DE INTERRUPTOR DE ARRANQUE:

• Presione el botón del interruptor de arranque para utilizar el arranque eléctrico.

AVISO:
• Después de soltar enseguida el botón de arranque del motor.
• No use el botón más de 4 segundos.
• Cuando el motor esta en operación, no presione el botón para evitar defectos en el motor.

 D. INTERRUPTOR DE LUZ DELANTERA:
1. “ ”

• La luz delantera, el instrumento de luz y luz trasera. Se extingue al mismo tiempo.

2. “ ”
• La posición de la luz y la luz del instrumento enciende al mismo tiempo.

• La luz principal, la luz del instrumento y la luz trasera se enciende al mismo tiempo.

• Para iluminar a lo lejos, cambiar el interruptor a “ALTO”. Mientras un vehículo seaproxima al frente o maneja en la ciudad, si mantiene el haz
alto, esto afectara la visión de otros. Cambie al interruptor de “BAJO”.

F. BOTON DE INTERRUPTOR DE BOCINA:

• Encienda el interruptor principal y presione el botón del interruptor de la bocina para el sonido de la bocina.

G. INTERRUPTOR DE SEÑAL DE GIRO

1. IZQ
• Utilizar cuando gire a la izquierda.

2. DER
• Utilizar cuando gire a la derecha. Use la luz de señal de giro mientras gira o cambia de carriles. Encienda el interruptor y las luces de señal
de giro parpadearan.

 • Si usa las señales de giro, el indicador de señal de giro en el tablero de instrumentos en la misma dirección parpadeara al mismo tiempo.

AVISO:
• Las luces de señales de giro no pueden detenerse automáticamente. Regrese a la posición original después del Uso, o esto le afectara la
seguridad de tránsito.
• Si el interruptor principal está en “OFF”, las señales de giro no funcionan.

I. MALETA MUTI-PROPOSITO:
AVISO:
• No cargarla con más de 3kg.
• Es muy caliente el maletero. No depositar ningún artículo que se pueda quemar fácilmente.

• Si usa presión alta de agua para lavar, se puede fácilmente mojar.

J. BLOQUEO DE MANGO DE DIRECCION:

Para evitar el robo, bloquee el mango de dirección mientras parquea.

 1. Bloqueo:
• Gire el mango de dirección todo a la izquierda y gire el contador de llave en dirección a las manecillas del reloj para bloquearlo.

2. Desbloqueo:
•Gire la llave hacia las manecillas del reloj para desbloquearlo.

AVISO:
• Después del bloqueo, gire el mango de dirección suavemente para asegurarse que este bloqueada.
• No parquear en un lugar de tráfico lento.

II. COMO ARRANCAR EL MOTOR:

A. ARRANQUE ELECTRICO DEL MOTOR:

•Gire el interruptor principal a “ON”.

• Cuando la llave se gira a “ON”, revise la bocina y las luces de señal de giro si trabaja bien.
• Arranque el motor con el encendido eléctrico. No gire el puño del acelerador, simplemente presione el botón del interruptor de arranque para
encender el motor.

AVISO:
• Después de arrancar el motor, deje lejos el dedo del botón inmediatamente.
• Si el motor está en funcionamiento, no presione el botón del interruptor de encendido, o tendrá daños en el motor.
• No usar el motor de arranque por más de 4 segundos cada vez.

B. ARRANQUE DEL MOTOR CON PEDAL DE ARRANQUE:

• Si la motocicleta no se ha utilizado por un largo tiempo, puede ser no fácil de arrancar gire el puño del acelerador a 118-1/4 de vuelta y
arranque el motor de nuevo.

 • Si el arrancador esta frio, calentar el motor de 2-3 minutos.

AVISO:

• Después de usar el pedal de arranque, tire de ella a la posición original.

• El dióxido de carbono agotado del motor es perjudicial. No arrancar el motor donde sea estreso y la
ventilación no es muy buena.
• No gire el puño del acelerador, pase el pedal de patada de arranque hacia abajo rápidamente con fuerza para arrancar el motor.

III.COMO MANEJAR LA MOTOCICLETA:

• Soltar la palanca de freno trasero.
• Agregar la gasolina lentamente, con el puño del acelerador y luego la motocicleta se moverá hacia adelante sin problemas

AVISO:
• No agregar mucha gasolina de repente con el puño del acelerador para prevenir oxidarse inesperadamente.

A. COMENZAR A MANEJAR:

• Encienda las luces de señales de giro antes de moverse.

• Asegúrese que es seguro detrás antes de avanzar.

B. AJUSTE DE VELOCIDAD:

• La velocidad puede ser ajustada bajo el control del puño del acelerador.

1. Girar:
• La velocidad se convierte rápidamente.
• Añadir la gasolina poco a poco.

2. Devolver:
• La velocidad se convierte lentamente.
• Hacerlo con rapidez para retornar a su posición original.

 C. EL ADECUADO MANEJO PUEDE PROLONGAR LA VIDA DE LA MOTOCICLETA:
• Si la motocicleta esta dentro de los 3000km, mantener la velocidad por debajo 60km/hr.
• No aumente la velocidad abruptamente.
• No haga funcionar el motor a altas r.p.m sin carga.

AVISO:
• Aplicar frenar solo de un lado puede causar resbalarse.
• Aplique el freno delantero y el freno trasero al mismo tiempo.
Después de devolver el puño del acelerador cerca de la posición original, aplique los frenos delanteros y traseros al mismo tiempo para el
frenado.
• Mientras que frena, tire de la palanca del freno delantero y reducir el pedal del freno trasero lentamente al principio, luego fuertemente. Es
la mejor manera de frenar.

D. NO FRENAR O DAR LA VUELTA ABRUPTAMENTE:

• Frenar o dar la vuelta abruptamente puede causar resbalarse y caídas. Es muy peligroso.

E. MANEJAR CUIDADOSAMENTE ESPECIALMENTE EN LLUVIA:

• La superficie de la carretera en lluvia es diferente de la con sol. La distancia de frenado se hace más largo con la lluvia. Por lo tanto, reducir
la velocidad y frenar antes.
• Mientras desciende, devuelva el puño del acelerador cerca de la posición original y frene intermitentemente y mantenga baja la velocidad.

IV. COMO DETENERSE

A. LUGAR DE PARQUEO CERCA:
• Encienda antes las luces de señales. Tener cuidado con los vehículos de atrás y parquear la motocicleta lentamente.
• Volver el puño del acelerador cerca de la posición original. Aplique los frenos delanteros y traseros antes y luego la luz de freno se encenderá
para avisar a los vehículos de atrás.

B. DETENER COMPLETAMENTE LA MOTOCICLETA:

• Volver el interruptor de señal de giro a la posición original y gire el interruptor principal a “OFF”.

AVISO:
• Apague el interruptor principal y extraer la llave durante la conducción, el sistema eléctrico quedara fuera de función y puede causar un
accidente. Hazlo solo mientras esta parqueando.

C. ELIJA UN LUGAR PLANO:

• Elija un lugar plano o con tráfico retardado y levantar la patilla de soporte. La motocicleta es fácil de caer si no esta en un lugar plano.
• Tome la manija izquierda con la mano izquierda para enderezar la motocicleta. Sostenga la baranda lateral debajo del asiento. Bajar la patilla
de soporte para levantar con el pie derecho y echar para atrás con la mano derecha con fuerza.
• Para prevenir robo, bloquee el mango de dirección cuando parquea y extraer la llave.

 V. INSPECCION ANTES DE MANEJAR:
• Acostumbrarse a revisarla antes de conducir.
• Por seguridad y prevención de un problema, la pre-revisión es necesaria.
• Si no es tan difícil o problemático, Asegúrese de revisar antes de conducir. Si hay alguna anormalidad, llevar la Motocicleta al distribuidor o
al centro de servicio para una inspección y reparación.

AVISO:
• Si revisa el volumen de aceite o lo reemplaza tan pronto cuando se detiene, Tener cuidado de una quemadura.

A. ACEITE
1. Inspección de aceite/reposición
Revisión del volumen de aceite:
• Levante la patilla de soporte.
• Quitar el indicador de nivel de aceite y limpiar.
• Insertar el calibre (No bloquearlo).
• Quitar el calibre y revisar la cantidad de aceite. Si el nivel de aceite esta cerca del nivel bajo, reemplazarlo hasta el nivel superior.
• Hay muchos tipos de aceite. Elegir uno inapropiado puede causar fácilmente problemas. Le recomendamos una marca de
SAE 10W-30(SIGMA) para su motor.
• Si su motocicleta esta inclinada o solo detenida, es imposible revisar el nivel de aceite apropiadamente.

 B. GASOLINA:
1. Inspección de aceite/reposición
• Cuando la aguja del medidor de combustible esta cerca de la sección de roja, la reserva de gasolina es de 1.5 litros.

AVISO:
• Apague el motor mientras reemplaza la gasolina.
• Quite la llave del interruptor principal y insértelo dentro de la tapa del tanque de gasolina. Gire la llave hacia las manecillas del reloj y abra la
tapa del tanque de gasolina.
• Mantener el nivel de la gasolina lejos del nivel bajo de la altura del panel del tanque de gasolina mientras rellena. Si la gasolina esta a un nivel
muy alto esto es va ser fácil para que se filtre.

C.INSPECCION DE MANGO DE DIRECCION:

• Compruebe el mango de dirección arriba y hacia abajo, hacia adelante y hacia atrás, izquierda y derecha si ninguno flojo.
• Revise si está bien apretado. Revise si no tiene un sonido de golpe, si ninguna anormalidad, envíe la motocicleta al
distribuidor o centro de servicio para inspección y reparación.

D.INSPECCION DE FRENOS:
1. Freno de serie tambor:
•El juego libre o el nivel del pedal de freno debe ser ajustada apropiadamente. El juego libre es de 1-2 cm normalmente.

• El Juego libre significa la distancia entre la posición suelta y apretada de la palanca de freno o el pedal.

AJUSTE FRENO DE LA LLANTA TRASERA:

AVISO:
• Después del ajuste de freno, igualar la concavidad de ajuste, igualar la concavidad de ajuste de la tuerca con el perno del eje para evitar el
peligro resultante del cambio durante la conducción.
• Maneje la motocicleta en una distancia corta para verificar el efecto de los frenos delanteros y traseros.

2. Freno de serie de disco

• INSPECCION DEL ACEITE DE FRENO:
• La palanca de fluido normal es entre “SUPERIOR” y “INFERIOR”.
• Cuando la palanca de fluido esta cerca de la marca inferior de la palanca, revisar las pastillas de freno.
• Si las pastillas de freno están en buenas condiciones, esto usualmente significa que algunos están goteando el aceite de freno.

E. INSPECCION DE LUZ DE FRENO:

• Gire el interruptor principal a “ON”.
• Accionar los frenos delanteros y traseros, uno a uno para asegurarse si la luz de freno prende.
• Revise la luz de freno si no tiene suciedad o daños.
 F. INSPECCION DE LUZ DE SEÑAL DE GIRO:
• Gire el interruptor principal a “ON”.
• Accionar el interruptor de señal de giro para asegurarse si las luces de señal de giro y los indicadores de señal de giro parpadean.
• Revise las luces de señales de giro si no tiene suciedad o daños.

G. INSPECCION DE LLANTAS:
• Revise si la presión de la llanta es normal.
• Revise si hay alguna basura de metal o fragmentos en las ranuras de las llantas.
• Si hay alguna grieta o excede el límite de uso, sustituir la llanta a la vez.
• Mientras comprueba la presión de la llanta, la llanta debe de estar en estado de enfriamiento.

• La principal razón de hacer una grieta, un inestable manejo y la abrasión anormal son causados por la presión anormal de los neumáticos.
• No sobrecargar para evitar explosión de la llanta. Si hay presión de los neumáticos normales en el:

H. INSPECCION DE AMORTIGUADOR:
• Añadir peso en el mango y el asiento, el movimiento de la motocicleta arriba y abajo y revise los amortiguadores delanteros y traseros si
trabajan bien.

I. INSPECCION DE LUZ DELANTERA Y TRASERA:

• Gire el interruptor principal a “ON”. Accionar el interruptor de los focos para comprobar si la luz delantera y la luz traseras enciende. Revise
las luces si hay suciedad o daños.

J. INSPECCION DE BOCINA:
• Gire el interruptor principal a “ON” y presione el botón del interruptor de la bocina para revisar si la bocina suena.

 K. INSPECCION DEL VELOCIMETRO:

Revise si el velocímetro trabaja.

L. INSPECCION DE RETROVISOR:

Siéntese en el asiento para verificar la posición de atrás y revise el retrovisor si hay suciedad o daños.

VI. INSPECCION PERIODICA:

•Por seguridad y una confortable conducción, asegurarse de hacer una inspección periódicamente.
• Nuestros distribuidores de motocicletas y centros de servicios proveen después servicio, mantenimiento y reparación para usted.
• Si la motocicleta no ha sido usada por un largo tiempo, va ser necesario hacerle una inspección periódica.
• Asegúrese de hacer la inspección y mantenimiento en 1 mes o en los 300 km después de comprada la nueva motocicleta.

A. ACEITE Y FILTRO:
1. Reemplazo de filtro de aire:
• Quitar la tapa del lado izquierdo.
• Quitar los tornillos de fijación y la tapa de filtro de aire.

AVISO:
• La suciedad en el filtro de aire es la principal razón para reducir la potencia del motor y residuos en el combustible.
• Si el filtro de aire no está colocado apropiadamente, la suciedad será aspirada por el cilindro causar desgaste, reducción de la potencia del
motor y acorta la vida del motor.
• No permita que el filtro de aire se moje mientras lava la motocicleta, o tendrá un efecto negativo en la salida.

2. Cambio de aceite y filtro de limpieza:

• Cuando cambie el aceite y el filtro de limpieza.
• Cambie el aceite y el filtro de limpieza en los primeros 300km y después cada 1000km.

Capacidad de aceite
Desmontaje: 0.9 litros
Cambio General: 0.75 litros

3. Como cambiar el aceite y el filtro limpio:

• Retire el indicador de nivel de aceite, Retire el tapón de drenaje para hacer que todo el aceite fluya. Si el motor está caliente esto va hacer
más fácil que el aceite fluya.
• Retire la tapón del filtro del aceite y despegue el resorte y el filtro de protección. Use aire de presión alta para limpiar.
• Coloque el filtro de aceite y el tapón de drenaje.
•Llene con 0.9 litros de aceite nuevo. Revise con el indicador de nivel de aceite. (No atornillar el indicador cuando revisa).

 • Apretar el indicar de nivel de aceite.
• Después de que el motor comience a calentar, párelo de funcionar de 10-20 segundos. Vuelva a verificar el volumen de aceite.

AVISO:
• Por favor use aceite SAE 10W-30 (SIGMA).
• Conduzca en las siguientes condiciones hará que el aceite llegue hacerse menor y por favor cámbielo antes.
Conducir siempre en caminos de grava.
Conducir siempre en distancias cortas.
Manejar siempre con marcha en neutro.
Manejar en un área de clima frio.
• Cuando rellene de aceite, no excederse del nivel superior.
• Cuando cambie el aceite, si el motor esta todavía caliente, tener cuidado de no quemarse.

B.CAMBIO DE ACEITE DE ENGRANAJE:

• Cambiar el aceite de engranaje en los primeros 300 km y cada 3000 km o por seis meses.
• Por favor use Nº10, o aceite de engranaje de la marca GY.
• Capacidad de aceite de engranaje 110 c.c.

1. Como cambiar el aceite del engranaje:

• Retire el tapón de drenaje para hacer que todo el aceite fluya. Si el motor está caliente esto va hacer más fácil que el aceite fluya.
• Coloque el tapón de drenaje.
• Llene con nuevo aceite de engranaje a110 c.c.
• Apriete la tuerca definitivamente para prevenir fugas.

AVISO:
• Conduzca en las siguientes condiciones hará que el aceite llegue hacerse menor y por favor cámbielo antes.
Conducir siempre en caminos de grava.
Conducir siempre en distancias cortas.
Manejar en un área de clima frio.

C.REPOSICION DEL ACEITE DE FRENO: (DISCO DE FRENO)

• Al girar el mango hasta que el nivel de aceite en el tanque de almacenamiento se pone horizontal.
• Retire la tapa y el sello.
• Reponer el aceite de freno especifico hasta arriba de la marca “INFERIOR”, luego atornille los tornillos de la cubierta. Aceite de frenos:
DOT-3.
• Monte el sello, la tapa del tanque y la cubierta del mango superior.

 D. INSPECCION DE BUJÍA:
AVISO:
• Use solamente el aceite de freno especificado. De lo contario, el sello del hule se va a distorsionar y producir fugas de aceite. La función no
trabajara.
• No mezcle ambos aceites especificado y no especificado juntos, de lo contrario, causará una reacción química y producir fallos en los frenos.
• No deje que el agua penetre dentro del cilindro principal, de lo contrario, el punto de ebullición se reducirá y producir que se ahogue.
• La superficie pintada y las partes plásticas serán corroído por el aceite de frenos. En caso de derrame, por favor asegurarse limpiarse
inmediatamente.
• Por favor, encontrar el problema con nuestro distribuidor o centro de servicio si el nivel estándar del aceite de frenos no es alcanzado.

AVISO:
• Espacio muy grande, el depósito y la erosión en el electrodo resultara una chispa incompleta.

1. Limpieza:
• La mejor manera de limpiarla es con un limpiador de bujía.

3. Bujía recomendada:

CR7HSA(NGK),U22FS-U(ND)
• No use una bujía no recomendada.
• El motor está todavía muy caliente después de parar el motor. Tener cuidado de no quemarse.
• Gire la bujía apriete con el dedo, luego apriete la bujía con la llave inglesa.

E.INSPECCION DE BATERIA Y ELECTROLITO

• El uso de estas series M/F Batería no tiene que inspeccionarse el electrolito.

AVISO:
• Absolutamente para nada abra la tapa de la batería.
• La batería puede producir un aire Inflamable. Tenga de cuidado del fuegocuando instala o remueve.
• Si no la usa por un largo tiempo, la batería puede descargarse sola. Para prevenir fugas de electricidad. Primero recargue la batería y si en
un lugar fresco. Si la batería se mantiene en la motocicleta, desconéctela de la terminal negativa.

 F. REEMPLAZO DE FUSIBLE RETIRE:
• Tire de la tapa de la caja del fusible y saque el fusible.
• Si la conexión del fusible no es buena, se va a sobrecalentar y descomponer.

INSTALAR:
• Instale el fusible dentro de la caja de fusible y cierre la tapa.
• Trate de sacar el fusible después de la instalación. Si se suelta, el fusible se sobrecalentara y se descompone.

AVISO:
• No utilice ningún fusible cuya especificación es de diferente manera. Esta es la principal razón que el cableado se quema.
• Si no puede averiguar la razón, envié la motocicleta al distribuidor o centro de servicio para una inspección y revisión.
• No use agua a presión alta para lavar alrededor del lado de la tapa.

VIII. CUANDO EL MOTOR NO PUEDE ENCENDER:

• Compruebe la gasolina efectiva.
• Compruebe el modo de arranque.
• Consulte otras partes si hay algún problema.
• Cuando la motocicleta esta fuera de orden, por favor enviarlo al distribuidor o equipo de servicio, estamos seguros de que usted quedara
satisfecho.

equipment so as to offer you a safe and comfortable feeling for drive, thus bringing you more convenience during your daily-life and study.

Please read this manual carefully before your initial drive and understand all details in it. It will help you to know what the good method of
maintenance and service is, and how to operate your vehicle in order to have less trouble and long service life. We sincerely wish you have a
good trip on your motorcycle.

Note:
Because of our continuous improvement , perhaps there is a little difference between this manual and your motorcycle. If you have any
questions about it, please contact with distributor.

I.VARIOS PARTS OPERATION

A.INSTRUMENT PANEL:
1. Speedometer:
• Forward speed is based on 1km per hour.

2. Accumulated distance meter:

• Total forward distance is indicated by km.
The black number with white background indicates 100m unit.

3. Fuel meter:
• It indicates the fuel volume in the fuel tank. (Turn o main switch first).
• If the needle points at red section, it indicates that the effective residue fuel is about 1.5 liters. Fill with gasoline as soon as possible.
• Please insert your key into the release hole, or it can not show exactly.

4. High beam indicator:

• Turn on headlight switch at night. If dimmer switch is at “HI”, the indicator will light and it indicates high beam.

 5. Turn signal indicator:
• Turn signal indicator will blink if turn signal Switch in operation

B. MAIN SWITCH

1. OFF:
• The electric power of engine is turned off and engine stop.
• You can take off the key.

2. ON:
• The electric power of engine is connected and you can start
• You cannot take off the key.

3. LOCK:
• The steering handing is locked.
• You can take off the key

NOTICE:
• After locking, turn steering handle gently to make sure it is locked up
• Do not park at the place retarding traffic

C. STARTER SWITCH BUTTON:

• Press down starter switch button to use electric starter.

NOTICE:
• After engine start release the button at once.
• Do not use the button more than 4 seconds each time
• When engine in operation, do not press down the button to avoid bad effect on engine.

• To light far away, change over the switch to “HI”. While a vehicle approaching in front or riding in downtown, if keep high beam, it will affect
the vision of others. Change over the switch to “LO”
•If high beam, the high beam indicator on instrument panel will light.

F. HORN SWITCH BUTTON:

• Turn on main switch and press down horn switch button to sound horn.

G. TURN SIGNAL SWITCH

• Use when turn left.

2. R
•Use when turn right. Use turn signal lights while turning or changing lanes. Turn on the switch and tum signal lights will blink

 • If fuse turn signal lights, the turn signal indicator on instrument panel in the same direction blinks at the same time.

NOTICE:
• Turn signal lights cannot stop automatically.
• Retum it to the original position after use, or it Will affect traffic safety.
• If main switch is at “OFF”, turn signal lights cannot operaten.

I. MULTl-PURPOSE CASE:
NOTICE:
• Do not load stuff more than 3kg.
• It is very hot in the case. Do not deposit any article which can be easily burned.

• If use high pressured water to wash, it may easily be wet.

J. STEERING HANDLE LOCK:

 To prevent stealing, lock steering handle while parkingea.
1. Locking:
• Turn steering handle to full left and turn key counter clock-wise to lock.

2. Unlocking:
• Turn the key clock-wise to unlock.

NOTICE:
• After locking, turn steering handle gently to make sure it is locked off.
• Do not park at the place retarding traffic.

II. HOW TO START ENGINE:

A. START ENGINE WITH

• Turn main switch to “ON”.

• When the key is tum to “ON”,check horn and tum signal light if work well.
• Start engine with electric starter. Do not turn throttle grip, just press down starter switch button to start engine.

NOTICE:

• After engine start, leave the finger away from the button at once.
• If engine is in operation, do not press down starter switch button, or it will have bad effect on engine.
• Do not use starter more than 4 seconds each time.

B. START ENGINE WITH KICK STARTER PEDAL:

• If motorcycle has not been used for a long time,It may be uneasy to start,turn throttle grip by 118-1/4 round and start engine again.

 • lf cold start, warm up engine for 2-3 minutes.

NOTICE:

• After using kick starter pedal, pull it back to Original position.

• The carbon dioxide exhausted from engine is harmful.Do not start engine where is narrow or ventilation
is not good.
• Do not turn throttle grip, step kick starter pedal
• Down quickly with strength to start engine.

III. HOW TO RIDEMOTORCYCLE:

• Release rear brake lever.
• Add gasoline slowly with throttle grip and then motorcycle will move forward smoothly.

NOTICE:
• Do not add much gasoline suddenly with throttle grip to prevent motorcycle out rust unexpectedly.

A. START RIDING:

• Turn on turn signal lights before move.

• Make sure it is safe behind before moving forward.

B. SPEED ADJUSTMENT:

• Speed can be adjusted under the control of throttle grip.

1. Turn:
• Speed becomes fast.
• Add gasoline slowly.

2. Return
• Speed becomes slow,
• Do it swiftly when retum to original position.

 C. PROPER RIDING MAY LENGTHEN THE LIFE OF MOTORCYCLE:
• If the motorcycle is within 3,000km, keep speed below 60km/hr.
• Do not increase speed abruptly.
• Do not opérate engine at high r.p.m. without load.

NOTICE:
• Apply one side brake only may cause motorcycle slip up.
• Apply front brake and rear brake at the same time.
After return throttle grip to original close position, apply front and rear brakes at the same time for braking.
• While braking, pull front brake lever and step down rear brake pedal slowly in the beginning, then tightly. It is the best way to brake.

D. DO NOT BRAKE OR TURN AROUND ABRUPTLY:

• Brake or turn around abruptly may cause slip-up and fall-down. It is very dangerous.

E. RIDE CAREFULLY ESPECIALLY IN RAIN:

• The road surface in rain is different from which in sunshine.The braking distance becomes longer in rain.Therefore, reduce speed and brake
earlier.
• While descending, return throttle grip to original close position and brake intermittently to keep speed slow.

IV. HOW TO STOP:

A. NEAR PARKING PLACE:
• Turn on the signal lights earlier.Take care of the vehicles behind and park motorcycle slowly.
• Return throttle grip to original close position.
• Apply front and rear brakes earlier and then stoplight will light to warm thevehicles behind.

B. MOTORCYCLE STOPS COMPLETELY:

• Return turn signal switch to original position and tum main switch to “OFF”.

NOTICE:
• It turn off main switch and pull out the key during riding, the electric system will become out of function and it may cause accident. Do it while
parking only.

C. CHOOSE A PLAIN PLACE:

• Choose a plain place or retarding traffic and raise up the main stand. Motorcycle is easy to fall down at a place not plain.
• Grasp left handle with left hand to make motorcycle straight. Hold side handrail below seat with right hand. Step down main stand to raise up
with right foot and pull back motorcycle with right hand with strength.
• To prevent stealing, lock the steering handle when park and take out the key.

 V. INSPECTION BEFORE RIDING:
• Get used to check up before riding.
• For safety and preventing trouble or accident, pre-check up is necessary.
• If not so difficult or troublesome, make sure to check up before riding. If any abnormality, deliver the motorcycle to the distributor or service
center for inspection and repair.

NOTICE:
• If check oil volume or replace oil soon after stop, beware of burning.

A.OIL:
1. Oil inspection/Replenishment:
• Raise up main stand.
• Take off oil level gauge and clean up.
• Insert the gauge (do not lock in)
• Take off the gauge and check oil volume. If oil level near lower level, replenish till upper level.
• There are many kinds of oil improper choice may cause trouble easily. We recommend you the brand of SAE 1 OW-30(SIGMA) for your
engine.
• If motorcycle is inclined or just stopped, it is impossible to check oil level properly.

 B. GASOLINE:
1. Oil inspection/Replenishment:
• Gasoline inspection/replenishment:
• When the pointer of fuel meter is close to red section, the effective residual gasoline is about 1.5 liters.

NOTICE:
• Turn off engine when replenishing gasoline.
• Take off the key from main switch and insert it Into fuel tank cap. Turn the key clock-wise and open fuel tank cap.
• Keep gasoline level under away from the height panel of fuel tank while replenishing. If gasoline level is too high; it is easy to leak out.

C. STEERING HANDLE INSPECTION:

• Check steering handle up and down, forward and backward, left and right if any looseness.
• Check if it is too tight. Check If any hitting sound, if any abnormality, deliver the mortorcycle to the The distributor or
service center for inspection and repair.

D. BRAKE INSPECTION:
1. Drum brake series:
• The free play or bake lever of pedal should be properly adjusted. The free play is about l-2cm normally.

• Free play means the distance between loose and tight positions of brake lever or pedal.

REAR WHEEL BRAKE ADJUSTMENT:

NOTICE:
• After brake adjustment,match the concavity of adjustment, match the concavity of adjusting nut with axle pin to prevent the danger resulting
from the change of free lay during riding.
• Ride motorcycle in a short distance to make sure the efect of front and rear brakes.

2. Disk brake series:

• BRAKE OIL INSPECTION:
• Normal fluid lever is between “UPPER” and “LOWER”.
• When the fluid level is near the lower level rnark,check brake pads
• If brake pads are in good condition, it usually mean some where are leaking brake oil.

E. STOPLIGHT INSPECTION:
• Turn main switch to “ON”
• Operate front and rear brakes one by one to make sure if stoplight lights.
• Check stoplight if any dirty or damage.

 F. TURN SIGNAL LIGHT INSPECTION:
• Turn main switch to “ON”.
• Operate turn signal switch to make sure if Turn signal lights and turn signal indicators blink.
• Check turn signal lights if any dirt to damage.

G. TIRE INSPECTION:
• Check tire pressure if normal.
• Check if there is any metal trash or gravel in the grooves of tires.
• If there is any crack or wearing exceeding the limit, replace the tire at once.
• While check the tire pressure, tire must be in cooling state.

• The main reason of going crack, unstable handle and abnormal abrasion are caused by the abnormal tire pressure.
• Do not overload to avoid tire explosion. If there is Normal Tire Pressure in it:

Normal tyre pressure

Front wheel 196kpa
Rear wheel 221kpa

H. SHOCK ABSORBER INSPECTION:

• Add weight on the handle and seat, swing motorcycle up and down and check the front and rear shock absorbers if work well.

I. HEADLIGHT AND TAILLIGHT INSPECTION:

•Turn main switch to “ON”. Operate headlight switch to check if headlight and taillight light. Check the lights if any dirt or damage.

J. HORN INSPECTION:
• Turn main switch to “ON” and press down horn switch button to check if the horn sounds.

 K. SPEEDOMETER INSPECTION:

Check if speedometer works.

L. BACK MIRROR INSPECTION:

Sit on the seat to make sure the position behind and check back mirror if any dirt or damage.

VI. PERIODICAL INSPECTION:

• For safe and comfortable riding, be sure to periodical inspection.
• Our motorcycle distributors and service centers provide after service, maintenance and repair for you.
• If the motorcycle has not been used for a long time, it is also necessary to make periodical inspection.
• Be sure to make inspection and maintenance in 1 month or in 300km after buying the new motorcycle.

A. OIL AND FILTER:

1. Air cleaner replacement:
• remover left side cover.
• remove attaching screws and air cleaner cover.

NOTICE:
• Dirt on air cleaner is the main reason to lower engine power and waste fuel.
• If air cleaner is not placed properly, dirt will be sucked into cylinder to cause wearing, lowering engine power and shortening engine life.
• Do not let air cleaner soak in water whilewashing motorcycle or it will have bad effect in starting.

2. Oil change and filter cleaning:

• When to change oil and clean filter.
• Change oil and clean filter at first 300km and every 1000km after.

Capacity of Oil
Disassembly: 0.91iter
General Change: 0.75liter

3. How to change oil and clean filter:

• Remove oil level gauge, Remove drain plug to make all the oil flow out. If engine is warm, it is easier to make oil flow out.
• Remove oil filter cap and take off spring and filter screen. Use high-pressured air to clean.
• Install oil filler and drain plug.
• Fill with new oil 0.9 liter. Check with oil level gauge. (Do, not screw in the gauge when check)

 • Tighten up oil level gauge
• After engine becomes warm, stop running for 10-20 seconds. Recheck oil volume.

NOTICE:
• Please use SAE 1OW-30(SIGMA) oil.
• Riding in the following conditions will make oil become inferior and please change it earlier.
Always ride on gravel road.
Always ride for short distance.
Always run with neutral gear.
Ride at the area with cold weather.
• When replenish oil, do not exceed the upper level.
• When change oil, if engine is still hot, beware of burning.

B. GEAR OIL CHANGE:

• Change gear oil at first 300km and each 3000km or per six month.
• Please use No 10, or gear oil of the brand GY.
• Capacity of gear oil 110 c.c

1. How to change gear oil:

• Remove drain plug to make all the oil flow out. If engine is warm, it is easier to make oil flow out.
• Install drain plug.
• Fill with new gear oil 110 c.c
• Tighten up tiller nut definitely to prevent lead out.

NOTICE:
• Riding in the following will make oil quality become inferior and please change it earlier.
Always ride on gravel road.
Ride for a long distance.
Ride at the area with wet weather.

C. REPLENISHMENT OF BRAKE OIL: (DISK BRAKE)

• Turning the bike handle until the brake oil level in storage tank become horizontal.
• Remove the tank cover and seal.
• Replenish the specific brake oil up to the above of the mark “LOWER” ,then screw up the cover screws.
Brake oil: DOT-3.
• Assemble the sea), tank cover and upper handle cover.

 D. SPARK PLUG INSPECTION:
NOTICE:
• Use only the specific brake oil. Otherwise, the rubber seal will be distorted and lead to oil
leakage. The function will not work.
• Do not mix both specific and non-specific oils together, otherwise, it will cause a chemical reaction and lead to brake failure.
• Do not let the water penetrate into the main cylinder, otherwise, the boiling point will be lowered and lead to be choked.
• The painting surface and plastic parts will be corroded by the brake oil. In case of spilt, please be sure to clean promptly.
• Please find out the problem with our distributor or service center if the standard level of brake oil is not able to reached.

NOTICE:
• Too large gap, deposit and electrode erosion will result in incomplete spark.

1. Cleaning:
• It is the best way to clean with the cleaner of spark .
• Use wire brush if no cleaner.

2. Adjustment:
Normally the side electrode gap is 0.6-0.7 mm. as show)

• Turn spark plug finger tight, then tighten with spark plug wrench.

E. BATTERY AND ELECTROLYTE INSPECTION:

• This series use M/F Battery so you do not have to inspect electrolyte.

NOTICE:
• Absolutely do not open the lid of battery.
• Battery may produce flammable air. Take care of tire when install or remove.
• If not used for a long time, battery may self- discharge. To prevent the leak of electricity recharge battery first and place if at a motorcycle,
disconnect negative terminal.

 F. FUSE REPLACEMENT:
• Turn out the cap of fuse case and take out the fuse.
• If fuse connection is not good, the fuse overheat and breakdown.

INSTALL:
• Install the fuse into fuse case and fasten the cap.
• Try to pull the fuse after install. If loose, the fuse will overheat and breakdown

NOTICE
• Do not use any fuse whose specification is different form assigned. It is the main reason for wiring burning.
• If cannot find out the reason, deliver the motorcycle to the distributor or service center for inspection and repair.
• Do not use high pressured water to wash around the side cover.

VIII. WHEN ENGINE CAN NOT START:

• Check effective gasoline.
• Check the way of start engine.
• Check other parts if there any problem
• When you motorcycle is out of order, send it to the distributor or service team, we are sure you will be satisfied.
