El Sistema de Gas de Rifeng combina tuberas multicapa de

alta calidad, accesorios de conexin, vlvulas de acople y
herramientas para el manejo del gas y sus aplicaciones.
Hoy en da los estndares tcnicos para la conduccin y
aplicaciones en sistemas de gas hacen que el sistema de
tubera de multicapas sea una alternativa econmica y
confiable en comparacin a las instalaciones con tubera de
cobre.
Nuestro sistema tiene caractersticas con propiedades nicas

PROCESO DE INSTALACION
INSTALLATION PROCESS
1
1. Cortar la tubera verticalmente. Se recomienda utilizar el cortatubo adecuado
para este tipo de tubera y asegurarse que las cuchillas estn en buenas
condiciones y afiladas.
1. Cut the pipe square. A pipe cutter should be used. Ensure that the stainless
steel cutting blade being used is in good condition and sharp.

2. Introducir el biselador en el extremo de la tubera y girarlo 360 grados para

biselar el interior del tubo y asegurar que los accesorios se puedan introducir con
facilidad sin daar o desplazar losO Rings.
2. Bevel the inside of the pipe by inserting the reamer and rotating it 360to
engage the blades. The fitting will then slip easily into the pipe without damaging
or displacing the O-rings.

3. Remover la tuerca y el anillo con hendidura del accesorio o vlvula.

3. Remove the nut and split ring from the fitting or valve.

4. Empujar el anillo y tuerca por la tubera.

4. Push the nut and split ring onto the pipe.

5. Empujar la conexin del accesorio o vlvula dentro de la tubera.

5. Push the fitting insert fully into the pipe.

6. Apretar y asegurar la tuerca con una llave ajustable.

6. Turn the nut tight by using a spanner.

Nota: No apretar demasiado la tuerca ya que puede causar daos a la tubera.

Note: Over-tightening the nut may cause damage to the pipe.

Paso 1: seleccionar molde
Step 1: Selecting jaw
(1) Seleccionar molde
Segn el tamao de conexin, seleccionan el
molde con relativo tamao que su marca est
sobre la superficie. La marca del molde
indica el tamao de conexin que utilizan.
(1) Selecting jaw
According to the size of fitting, select the
jaw with relevant size by the mark on the
surface. The mark on the jaw stands for the
size of fitting that they work with.
(2) Instalar molde a la herramienta
Abren los mangos, luego sueltan las tuercas
que estn a dos lados de jaw-reception
mediante llave. Poniendo el molde al jawreception, garantizan que las caras marcadas
por nmero estn en el mismo plano. Y
despes tuercen las tuercas.

Paso2: operacin apretada

Step 2: Pressing operation
(1) Segn el manual de instalacin de apretar
conexin, redondear y biselar el lado unido
de tubera.
(1) According to the installation manual of
press fitting, round y bevel the connecting
end of pipe.

(3) Abren la herramienta apretada y colocan

bien la herramienta en la manga.
(3) Open the Pressing Tool and position the
tool right onto the sleeve.
(a) Cierran los mangos hasta que dos puntos
de los mangos se toquen mutuamente.

(2) Installing jaw on to the Tool

Open the handles, then loose the nuts, which are
on the jaw-reception groove by a wrench. Placing
the jaw into jaw-reception groove, make sure the
two marked sides with number are on the same
plane, and then tighten the nuts back.
(3) Ajustar la herramienta apretada
Despes de terminar de montar el inserto, cerrar
los mangos hasta que dos secciones transversales
sean totalmente cerradas. Apretan el tornillo de
ajuste hasta que el molde est completamente
cerrado y no se puede moverse ms por manos.
(3) Adjusting the Pressing Tool
After mount inserting is finished, close the
handles until the two cross-sections are totally
closed. Tighten the adjusting screw until the jaw
is completely close and cannot be shaken by
hand. Tightening signal is marked on the tool.

(2) Seguran que la manga de acero inoxidable

est colocada al fondo de base plstica de
conexin, (el lado con boca de inspeccin hacia
la base plstica). Luego insertan la tubera en la
manga de conexin hasta que se puede ver la
tubera a travs de boca de inspeccin.
(2) Make sure the stainless steel sleeve is seated
in the plastic base of the fitting, with the viewing
ports against the plastic base. Then insert pipe
into the sleeve of the fitting until the pipe visibly
fills the view port.

(b) Cuando el molde completamente cerrado, los

mangos no van a moverse ms. Abren los mangos
y remueven la herramienta apretada desde la
conexin, y se termina la instalacin.
(b) While the jaw is completely closed, the
handles will be self-locked. Opening the handles
and remove the pressing tool from the fitting and
installation in accomplished.

(a) Close the handles until the two touch

points on the handles touch each other.
