Diseado en exclusiva para SERVOCLIMA, utilizamos un
perfil de acero galvanizado en los tamaos del CTA-2
al CTA-50. Su diseo en tubo cerrado proporciona gran
resistencia a la estructura y permite que los paneles sean
desmontables desde el exterior.
Designed and shaped for SERVOCLIMA , we use a galvanised
steel profile from the CTA-2 to CTA-50. Its design based on
a closed pipe provides the structure with great resistance
and enables all the panels to be dismantled from outside.

Construido en perfil de aluminio anodizado junto con los
paneles de 45 mm de espesor se obtiene un conjunto
slido que tiene el aislamiento trmico y acstico como
sus cualidades ms destacables..
Made of aluminium anodised profile joined with 45 mm
thick panels form a robustness structure with thermal and
acoustic isolation as the most outstanding features.

Este tipo de construccin en tubo cuadrado interior y
paneles exteriores est indicada para unidades de gran
tamao con caudales hasta 140.000 m3/h. Debido a la
ausencia total de puentes trmicos, es necesaria cuando
las temperaturas del aire son de 3 a 10 C.
This type of structure made of square tube inside and
panels outside is appropriate for large units and air flows
up to 140.000 m3/h. It enables the total absence of thermal
bridges, necessary when air temperatures range is between
3 to 10 C.

INJECTED
En aluminio inyectada se inserta perfectamente en los
perfiles para conseguir un conjunto compacto y resistente sin necesidad de soldaduras y con gran resistencia
mecnica.
Aluminium square perfectly inserts in the profile to form
a compact and robustness structure with no weldings
needed.
BANCADA
BASE SUPPORT
Construida en perfil tipo U de acero galvanizado, dispone de esquinas reforzadas para lograr una estabilidad
ptima. Todas las uniones se realizan con tornillos sin
usar la soldadura evitando as riesgos de oxidacin.
Constructed using a galvanised steel U shape, its
equipped with reinforcement plates in the corners to obtain
an optimal stability. All the joints are made with screws
without using weldings thus avoiding the oxidation risks.

Estndar:
Montadas con bisagras y manetas de cierre a presin, su
cierre se realiza sobre junta de goma asegurando la estanqueidad.
Standard:
Assembled with hinges and pressure locking handles. A
rubber weatherstrip guarantees doors are leakproof.
Zonas de presin positiva:
En puertas colocadas aguas abajo del ventilador se montan
cierres exclusivos en acero inoxidable de accionamiento
manual para una estanqueidad ptima.
Positive pressure areas:
When the unit doors are located in waters below the fan,
it is equipped with exclusively manufactured stainless
steel locks manually actuated that guarantees an optimal
leakproof of the doors.

Covers consisting of fibreglass and polyester resins

VENTILADORES
FANS
Se montan ventiladores centrfugos de doble odo equilibrados esttica y dinmicamente. Posibilidad de montar
ventiladores centrfugos a simple aspiracin tipo Plug Fan,
sin carcasa.
The fans are equipped with double inlet, statically and
dynamically balanced. On demand the fan sections can be
equipped with fans conceived to be used without scroll,
as Plug Fans or as Plenum Fans, inside the pressurised
plenum.
- F-wheel. With forward curved blades.
- B-wheel. With backward curved blades.
- Floating fan-engine assembly mounted on anti-vibrators
and flexible canvas in the impulsion outlet.
- Access doors for inspection and maintenance.

BATERAS
COILS
Para agua fra, agua caliente, agua sobrecalentada, vapor,
expansin directa, elctricas, etc.
For working with cold, hot and overheated water, steam,
direct expansion, electrical, etc.
Todas las bateras de agua se suministran con tomas para
instalar vlvulas de purga y vaciado.
All the water coils are supplied with purging taps end
emptying valves.
En bateras de refrigeracin se dispone de una bandeja de
recogida de condensados, con proteccin anticorrosin y
pendiente para asegurar el completo vaciado de la bandeja.
Cooling coils have a collection tray for condensed water,
anti-rusted protected and sloped for fully emptying.
Para velocidades superiores a 2.7 m/s se instala un separador de gotas de polipropileno sobre un bastidor de acero
inoxidable.
For units where the speed exceeds 2,7 m/s, a drop
separador will be installed, constructed in polypropylene
and framed in stainless steel.

1886.

Se montan las compuertas adecuadas a cada necesidad
teniendo en cuenta el tipo de instalacin a la que est destinada la U.T.A. Diseadas para soportar un gran nmero
de actuaciones, de movimiento silencioso y bajo mantenimiento.

para aumentar estanqueidad).

required application of the AHU, the dampers are designed
to provide long life, silent operation and low maintenance.

HUMECTACIN
HUMIDIFICATION
Es posible incorporar tres tipos de humectacin:
- Panel celular
- Sistema de pulverizadores de uno o dos paneles.
- Equipos autnomos de produccin de vapor con resistencias o electrodos.
Basically our units are equipped with three types of
humidification:
- Wet cell humidifier
- Atomizing humidifier (one or two panels).
- Autonomous steam production equipment with electrical
resistances or electrodes.
En los dos primeros casos se construyen las cmaras en
acero inoxidable, la tubera y accesorios en PVC y los separadores de gotas en polipropileno.
In first two cases the housing of the humidifier is made of
stainless steel, the piping and accessories are made of PVC
and the drop separators are constructed of polypropylene.
SILENCIADORES
SILENCERS
Totalmente integrados en el interior de la unidad, con proteccin plstica para evitar el desprendimiento de partculas de fibra. Cada silenciador se disea para la capacidad
de atenuacin exigible en cada caso.
Totally in-built to the unit interior with plastic protection
over the bafflers to prevent fibre particles from becoming
detached. Each attenuator is designed as per muffling
capacity required in each case.

COMBUSTION CHAMBERS
De alto rendimiento construidas totalmente en acero inoxidable. Los quemadores pueden ser suministrados para
alimentacin con gas natural, gasleo, etc.
