INTRODUCCION
TODA INSTALACION ELECTRICA DEBE DE CONTAR CON DISPOSITIVOS ELECTRICOS DE PROTECCION CONTRA CORTO CIRCUITO, SOBREGARGA, FALLA A TIERRA Y SON TODOS AQUELLOS QUE SE ENCUENTRA CONECTADOS EN LA RED ELECTRICA, PARA ELLO SE UTILIZAN DIFERENTES DISPOSITIVOS COMO INTERRUPTORES DE CUCHILLAS, INTERRUPTORES DE POTENCIA ,TERMOMANGNETICOS, ELECTROMGNETICOS, PROTECCIONES TERMICAS O FUSIBLES, ETC.
OBJETIVO: EL PERSONAL DE MANTENIMENTO CONOCERA LOS COMPONENTES QUE INTEGRAN UNA SUBESTACION ELECTRICA COMPACTA ASI COMO LOS PASOS QUE DEBE SEGUIR PARA REEMPLAZAR UN FUSIBLE DEL INTERRUPTOR DE POTENCIA EN MEDIA TENSION.

1 Portar equipo de seguridad 2 Realizar Inspeccin visual ventanilla del Cuarto de Fuerza o Gabinete de Subestacin 3 Abrir Interruptor General Lado de Baja Tensin (Quitar Carga) 4 Apertura de Interruptor de Potencia de Media Tensin ( Interruptor disparado por corto circuito y fusible abierto con percutor accionado). 5 Inspeccin visual para determinar que hayamos restablecido y abierto el interruptor 6 Abrir Cuchillas Seccionadoras de Paso 7 Verificacin visual de apertura de cuchillas seccionadoras de paso. 8 Abrir puerta de gabinete o cuarto de Fuerza 9 Conexin de cable con caimn a Tierra Fsica. 10 Descargar (Drenar) energa esttica de las terminales de Interruptor de Potencia hacia la tierra fsica ( parte inferior y superior) 11 Extraccin de Fusible percutido con equipo de seguridad ( prtiga con mordaza ) 12 Instalacin de Fusible Nuevo 13 Cerrar Cuarto de Fuerza. 14 Cerrar Cuchillas Seccionadoras de Paso 15 Verificacin visual de cierre de cuchillas seccionadoras de paso. 16 Cierre de Interruptor de Potencia de Media Tensin 17 Verificacin visual de cierre de Interruptor de Potencia de Media Tensin 18 Toma de Lectura de Voltaje en baja tensin. 19 Cierre de Interruptor General en B.T.

Nota Importante: El personal de mantenimiento no deber de portar en su persona ningn objeto metlico (cadenas, relojes, cinturn etc.) y deber de realizar este servicio con el apoyo de otra persona para asistirlo en cualquier situacin que se presente.
