CONSIDERACIONES PREVIAS.
Dedicar 20 o 25 minutos cada da para realizar los ejercicios
Es importante comenzar con la higiene nasal, para facilitar los ejercicios de respiracin y soplo,
y favorecer la correcta articulacin.

EJERCICIOS DE RESPIRACIN Y SOPLO
1. PREPARAMOS LA CAJA SORPRESA DEL SOPLO.
Decoramos una caja pequea de zapatos y metemos dentro todo el
material necesario para trabajar los ejercicios de soplo: velas de
cumpleaos, pajitas, globos, vasos de plstico, pelotas de ping-pong, una
hoja de peridico, bolitas de algodn , pitos, matasuegras, un pompero,
serpentinas, confetis, trozos de plstico, canicas, plumas
2. EJERCICIOS DE RESPIRACIN Y SOPLO QUE FAVORECEN LA
ARTICULACIN DEL FONEMA / B-V/
Inspiracin nasal lenta y profunda. Retencin
del aire 2 3 segundos. Espiracin bucal lenta
con los labios casi juntos.
Inspiracin nasal lenta y profunda. Retencin
del aire. Espiracin lenta silbando
suavemente.
Encender una vela colocada a 25 cm. Tomar
aire por la nariz y soplar sin apagar la vela,
haciendo que la llama se mueva ligeramente.
Se acercar la vela progresivamente y el
soplo disminuir de intensidad para no
apagarla.
Soplar sobre una pelota de ping-pong
haciendo que sta se desplace lentamente.
Realizar previamente una inspiracin nasal.

Nos miramos en el espejo y observamos como los labios, ligeramente contrados impiden la
salida del aire. Como efecto de la vibracin de las cuerdas vocales, el aire espirado produce
unas leves vibraciones en los labios, que pueden percibirse tocando suavemente los labios.
