This plugin connects to the WorkZen API to submit form leads. When a user submits a form on your website, we will collect the lead’s contact information (general and metadata) and transmit it to WorkZen’s servers for processing and storage.
By using this plugin, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws and obtaining necessary user consent for data transmission.

Instalación
- Upload the
workzen-connectorfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory, or download and install via the WordPress plugins screen - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Go to WorkZen Configuration in your WordPress admin
- Enter your Integration Key from your WorkZen account
- Configure which form integrations you want to enable
- Test your connection using the API Testing buttons
- Enjoy automatic lead capture, and never miss a lead again!

What happens if the API request fails?

Failed requests are automatically added to a retry queue and will be retried up to 3 times at 5-minute intervals.

Can I test the connection before going live?

Yes! The Configuration page includes “Test API Connection” and “Send Test Lead” buttons to verify your setup.

What data is sent to WorkZen?

The usual suspects: name, email, phone, address, message, and any additional metadata we may capture from the form submission.

Is my data secure?

All data is transmitted over HTTPS to the WorkZen API. The plugin uses WordPress’s built-in wp_remote_post() function for secure API communication.
