Hz. Peygamber'in vefatının ardın.dan Medine'de bir toplantı yapılmış, Sa'd b. Ubade burada İslam ... more Hz. Peygamber'in vefatının ardın.dan Medine'de bir toplantı yapılmış, Sa'd b. Ubade burada İslam tarihinin ilk halife adayı olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Olayın duyulması üzerine Muhacirler BeniSaide Sakifesi'ndeki toplantıya katılarak Sa'd'ın karşısına __ üç aday çıkarmışlardır. Bunlardan ikisi Hz. Ebü Bekir'in önerdiği Hz. Ömer ve Hz. Ebü Ubeyde b. ei-Cerrah'tır. Üçüncüsü ise bu iki adayın öne sürdüğü Hz. Ebü Bekir' dir. Bu çalışmada, Sa'd b. Ubade ile Ebü Ubeyde'nin kişisel özellikleri, katıldıkları savaşlar ve üstlendikleri görevler hakkında bilgi verilecek ve halifelik şartları açısından değerlendirmeleri yapılacaktır.

In this sense, Ibn Kaldun, as an universalist historian having been lived in the XIV. Century, and having written a universal history called Kitab al-Ibar ve Diwân al-Mubtadai wa al Khabar , has given some certain information in it’s Muqaddimah about the events done in the different places of Muslim World occurred in his age, the fourteenth century. We tried to fix up these evaluations about the education and instruction, social life, political life and as well as along with the art and architecture concepts being separated in the diverse parts of his book within the contemporary understanding of scholarship. At the end we established that the author has seen the instruction as an art, and he considered the fact that the providence of the necessary in the life is the main factor for the establishment of the civil life. Tarihte değişik zamanlarda kitap ve kütüphanelere karşı olumsuz bir takım durumlar olagelmiştir. ... more Tarihte değişik zamanlarda kitap ve kütüphanelere karşı olumsuz bir takım durumlar olagelmiştir. Çeşitli gerekçelere dayandırılarak gerçekleştirilen bu faaliyetler, bazen genel bir kargaşanın parçası olarak tezahür ederken bazen de doğrudan kitaba yönelik olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Şu bir gerçek ki bir toplumda isyan ve kargaşa ortamı söz konusu olduğunda kitaplar ve kütüphaneler bu durumdan etkilenir. Bu makalenin konusu, bizzat kitaba yönelik olarak ortaya çıkan; yazımını engelleme, çoğaltılmasını ve dağıtımını durdurma, yasaklama, yakma ve başka şekillerle kitabın kitlelere ulaşmasına mani olma şeklindeki faaliyetlerdir. Özellikle "kitap medeniyeti" olarak nitelenen Endülüs'te, kitap yakma hadiseleri yoğun bir şekilde yaşanmıştır. Bu durum, iki hususun önemli göstergesi olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Birincisi; Endülüs'te çok sayıda kitap vardı ve Endülüs medeniyeti bu kitaplardan üretilen malumat ve masnuat üzerinde yükseldi. İkincisi; Gerek Müslümanların kendi aralarında yaşanan çatışmalarda gerekse Hıristiyan işgalleri sırasında, kitap ve kütüphaneler çok büyük zarar gördü. Endülüs'ün çöküşünde bu faaliyetlerin de önemli rolü oldu. Bu çalışmayla, bir kitaba (Kur'an) ve onun yorumu ve pratiği (hadis) üzerine inşa edilmiş olan İslâm medeniyetinin yeniden tesisi hususunda kitabın yerine ve önemine ve Endülüs'teki kitap imhasına dikkat çekmek hedeflenmektedir. These activities, which are based on various reasons, sometimes manifest themselves as part of a general confusion, but sometimes directly towards the book. It is a fact that the environment of rebellion and turmoil in a society, books and libraries were affected by this. The theme of this article is that the book itself is directed towards; blocking the writing, stopping distribution, forbidding, burning and other forms are the activities to prevent the book from reaching the masses. Especially in Andalusia, which is described as "book civilization", the book burning incident has been experienced intensely. This shows two important points. First: There were a large number of books in Andalusia and the Andalusian Doç. Dr. Nizamettin PARLAK İ S T E M 32/2018 civilization the information and technology produced from the books. Secondly, books and libraries suffered greatly during Muslim conflicts and Christian occupations. These activities also played an important role in the collapse of Andalusia. In this study, it is aimed to draw attention to the place and importance of the book on the reconstruction of Islamic civilization built on a book (Qur'an) and its interpretation and practice (hadith) and the destroy of the books in al-Andalus..

Fakat bazen cesitli sebeplerden dolayi bu iki kaynaktan uzaklasmak cok ciddi sikintilara yol acmistir. Because of politicial competition his rivals has ended his career and he has migrated to Maghrib where he has been later arrested and taken into the prison. And there in the prison he has been murdered. He has written sixty works including the topics at first history, geography, literature-poem, medical and politics. Ibn al-Khatib was an educative historian. But the performans that is seen in his works shows him as a great historian that has not affected the historians in his period. Bu anlamda XIV. yuzyilda yasamis ve Kitabu’l-Iber ve Divânu’l-Mubdedei ve’l-Haber adli genel bir tarih yazmis olan Ibn-i Haldun, eserin Mukaddime’sinde, icinde yasadigi yuzyilda Islâm dunyasinin farkli bolgelerindeki ahval hakkinda bir takim bilgiler vermistir. Mukaddime’nin, degisik bolumlerinde daginik hâldeki degerlendirmeler, bu calismada Egitim-ogretim, Sosyal Hayat, Siyasi Hayat, Sanat ve Mimari genel basliklari altinda toplanarak on dorduncu yuzyilda Islâm dunyasinin durumu, cagdas bir muellifin gozuyle tespit edilmeye calisilmistir.Sonucta muellifin egitim-ogretimi bir sanat olarak gordugu, sehirlesmenin temelinde, ihtiyaclarin giderilmesinin yer aldigi, sanat ve mimarinin sadece bir toplumun kendi birikimleriyle degil ayni zamanda baska faktorlerin ozellikle de ayni topraklarda yasamis onceki medeniyetlerin etkisiyle sekillendigi tespit edilmistir.

The problem of polarization and serialized between Muslims were seen in Andalus too. But the destruction, which occurred in this region, was not possible to compensate. Especially the results of cultural destruction were not limited with Andalus, in some way, it influenced the whole Islamic world as well. For this reason, damage of polarization should be well understood and these problems should not be repeated by using the basic resources of Islam and understanding the life of the Prophet Muhammad. Especially, when run in pursuit by establishing some lower belongings such as sect, tarikah and congregation and etc., in the way of reaching a lofty aim, there should not be allowed failures and damage in the basic belongings such as Quran and Prophet.

Akabinde de gelismek ve kalkinmak icin neler yapilmasi gerektigini ortaya koymus, azimle calistiklari takdirde Muslumanlarin, Bati medeniyetini geride birakacak medeni bir Musluman toplum insa edeceklerine inandigini ifade etmistir.
