Erica Dobbs is the President/CEO of Dobbs Defense Solutions. She has over 35 years of experience in the U.S. Navy, government service, and executive leadership. Her expertise includes cybersecurity, satellite communications, and IT services. She leads the company’s strategy, growth, and operations, focusing on integrating traditional and advanced technologies for government and commercial clients, while promoting an employee-centered culture.

Entrepreneur

In 2019, Erica founded Dobbs Defense Solutions, commonly known as D2S. As the President/CEO she drives the company’s growth, overseeing daily domestic and global business operations, including IT and supply chain management, as well as human capital. Her visionary approach seamlessly integrates traditional and cutting-edge technologies, catering to private, public, and government sectors through cybersecurity, IT consulting, and technology training. She is widely acknowledged for her C-Suite Pioneering Leadership, marked by the successful leadership of numerous transformative initiatives. Her adeptness as a human capital and customer-focused problem solver, combined with her strategic acumen, propels business success.

Her leadership on Nuclear Aircraft Carriers and support for key Federal, Services, and Intelligence agencies underscore her mastery of critical IT and satellite communication systems.

Now as a service-disabled veteran business owner, Erica leverages the skills and leadership experience she gained in the U.S. Navy to grow her business and support her community. She is committed to excellence in business and service to the nation’s heroes and their families.

She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Vet-Force/Veterans Entrepreneurship Task Force and the National Veteran Small Business Coalition (NVSBC). Through these roles, Erica focuses on providing economic security and prosperity to veterans and their families and empowering veteran-owned small businesses.
