i attend a small liberal arts school in New York, and i am currently doing preliminary research on campus-wide composting for food waste - hopefully someday it will be implemented. we have about 15,000 students in total and two main cafeterias, as well as two smaller ones. i don't know if any of you have campus-wide composting at your school or whether you have tried working for it.
