Registration Process and Payment

  1. Delegates can register via the online registration system and pay via credit card or bank transfer. More details can be found on the Conference website’s registration page.
  2. Upon receiving the full payment of the registration fee, an e-mail confirming the registration will be sent to you.
  3. Payment must have been received by 1 June 2025.
  4. For payments made by credit card, the amount reflected in the credit card statement will be in the currency of the credit card. In the confirmation e-mail, the amount paid will be shown in pound sterling.
  5. EnvEcoStats may arrange for photographs to be taken during the meeting (including one official photo). Any subsequent photographs may be used for promotional purposes by EnvEcoStats. By submitting this registration form, you are agreeing to the photographing of the proceedings.   6. As a delegate of the EnvEcoStats Conference, you consent to the publication of your name and country of residence in the list of participants and consent to contact from EnvEcoStats about this and future events.
  7. A delegate is responsible for obtaining and paying for travel insurance.

cancellation and refund of registration fee policy

If you can no longer attend the EnvEcoStats 2025 Conference, please note our refund policy:

  1. Refunds will be given according to the Refund Policy in cases where delegates are not able to fund their travel, accommodation and stay for EnvEcoStats 2025.
  2. If the payment is made in GBP, there are no fees for payments, refunds, or chargebacks. However, transactions in other currencies may incur administrative fees
  3. Delegates must organise their own funding for financing their travel, accommodation and stay for the duration of EnvEcoStats 2025.
  4. Refunds will be given according to the Refund Policy in cases where a delegate’s visa is rejected. Delegates are responsible for applying for their own visas, including supporting documents requested for the visa applications, and any visa processing fees. Delegates are expected to apply for their visas in a timely manner. Refunds will not be given if the reason for visa rejection is that an incomplete visa application was submitted. Any refund claim will be considered by EnvEcoStats and its decision will be final.
  5. A paid registration cannot be transferred to the credit of another delegate’s unpaid registration. Special circumstances exist only for staff designated to attend of an organisation with ISI membership.  Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis by EnvEcoStats and its decision will be final.
  6. In extreme cases where cancellation by the delegate is unavoidable due to special and unforeseen circumstances, the delegate must contact EnvEcoStats for consideration of a (partial) refund minus £XX administration fee. EnvEcoStats will consider and its decision will be final. 
  7. In the unlikely event of the EnvEcoStats 2025 Conference being cancelled, a full refund of the registration fee paid by the delegate will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to EnvEcoStats or any other individual associated with the event organisation. In the event that the EnvEcoStats 2025 Conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the organisers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence, liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to EnvEcoStats or any other organisation or individual associated with the event organisation.

Expected Behaviour


All members and participants must maintain a professional, respectful, and productive environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Debate is encouraged but must be conducted with professionalism, respect, and courtesy.

Unacceptable Behaviour


Prohibited behaviours include threats, harassment, disrespectful comments or actions targeting personal characteristics (e.g., gender, race, religion, etc.), intimidation, stalking, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Disorderly or disruptive conduct and violations of event rules are also unacceptable.
