Prior to joining EMS, he held roles as a Senior Manager of the CMT Group and Manager of Transmission Engineering at Xcel Energy. Matt maintains his PE in the State of Colorado.

Jordan joined EMS Partners in 2023. She managed inside sales operations for a number of Utility market manufacturers. Jordan's previous experience includes roles as a National Sales Rep and National Account Manager for APi Group in the construction industry. She holds a Finance Degree from Minnesota State University - Mankato.

Mike served in the United States Marine Corps, was USMC Presidential Security Detail HMX-1, and received his BA from the University of Minnesota.
