NOTICE TO NEW CLIENTS:

With the exception of our group offerings, online booking for new clients is not available. Please request an appointment on our website. We want to be able to help you, and we do our best when we see clients who match up with our areas of specialty and preferred ages. You are welcome to review each clinician’s bio to learn more about what each of us can offer.

NOTICE TO RETURNING CLIENTS:

If it has been more than two years since your last appointment, we ask you book an “Initial Appointment” to begin seeing your clinician again. Feel free to email your clinician or request an appointment on our website. For your clinician to provide the best care for you or your child, an initial session to assess existing concerns must occur and new forms must be completed.

NOTICE TO ALL:

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments can be in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Any no show or cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the appointment.

IMPORTANT: Staff in our office suffer from adverse reactions to chemical fragrances, aftershaves, and scented beauty products. Please avoid wearing these types of scented products (natural fragrances like essential oils are fine) during your visit to our office. Thank you!
