(7) A General Gas Utility shall, when having formulated provisions pursuant to the preceding paragraph, notify the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of the provisions (hereinafter referred to as "Optional Supply Provisions") pursuant to the provision of an Ordinance of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
