(1) Where two or more persons are interested in a trade mark and none of them is entitled as between himself and the other or others to use the trade mark except . (a) on behalf of both or all of them; or (b) in relation to goods or services with which both or all of them are connected in the course of trade, both or all of them may be registered as joint proprietors of the trade mark and this Act has effect in relation to any rights of such persons to the use of the trade mark as if those rights were rights of a single person.例文帳に追加
