(3) The provision of Article 92 shall apply mutatis mutandis to a designation set forth in Article 16, paragraph, 1 item 2 (b) pertaining to the designation pursuant to the provision of paragraph 1 of this Article, and the provisions of Article 61, Article 62, Article 65, Article 66, Article 89, paragraphs 5 and 6, Article 94, paragraph 1, Article 95, paragraph 2, Article 96, paragraph 1, Article 97, paragraph 1, Article 98 and Article 99 shall apply mutatis mutandis to designated foreign manufacturing business operators.
