Article 11Spouse and Children1 . While a person works in the territory of Japan and issubject only to the legislation of Hungary in accordancewith Article 7, paragraph 3 of Article 9 or Article 10, thespouse or children coming with that person shall beexempted from:(a) the legislation of Japan concerning the Japanesepension system specified in paragraph 1 (a)(i) ofArticle 2, provided that the requirementsspecified in the legislation of Japan concerningthe enforcement of the agreements on socialsecurity are fulfilled ; and/or9(b) the legislation of Japan concerning the Japanese health insurance system specified in paragraph 1(b)(iii) and (vii) of Article 2, provided thatthose spouse or children are covered under thelegislation of Hungary concerning the healthinsurance benefits (benefits in kind) and thatthe requirements specified in the legislation ofJapan concerning the enforcement of theagreements on social security are fulfilled .例文帳に追加
