Lophozosteropsとは 意味・読み方・使い方

Lophozosterops is a genus of bird in the white-eye family Zosteropidae. The six species are distributed across the islands of Indonesia and the Philippines. They are a generally large white-eyes, ranging in size from 12-14 cm in length and weighing between 14-30 g. The species generally have restricted distributions, being restricted to a single island or a few islands, but no species is considered to be globally threatened. It contains the following species:

• Black-masked White-eye (Lophozosterops goodfellowi)
• Javan Grey-throated White-eye (Lophozosterops javanicus)
• Grey-hooded White-eye (Lophozosterops pinaiae)

• Yellow-browed White-eye (Lophozosterops superciliaris)
