With its limitless and eclectic structure, the new media understanding created by this new world with blurred borders serves as a huge agora where every individual can easily access and at the same time be a source of information. The fact that this world, in which a new reality, or in other words, surrealism, has emerged, provides the opportunity to reach the story at first hand, as well as the fact that the story can be transmitted directly to the senses of individuals, whether it is real or not, taking it to a completely different dimension, separating it from the truths of the physical world, or seeing it as if it were. It makes it possible to feel like This extremely powerful and lively communication undoubtedly includes countless dangers and manipulative scenarios, in addition to all the benefits it provides. Bu çalışma, gerçeklik algısının silikleşmesinde güçlü etkileri olduğu görülen ve nispet... more Bu çalışma, gerçeklik algısının silikleşmesinde güçlü etkileri olduğu görülen ve nispeten yeni bir teknoloji olan Deepfake teknolojisinin, bizzat Post-Truth çağının ürettiği yeni kamusal alanlarda tartışılan söylemler üzerinden betimlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın amacına uygun olarak, verilerin elde edileceği alan olarak Ekşi Sözlük seçilmiş ve “Deepfake uygulamasına yönelik üretilen algısal çıktılar” problemiyle ulaşılan yorumlar, belirlenen üç araştırma sorusuna cevap bulabilmek amacıyla betimsel araştırma yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen verilere, tematik kodlamalara dayalı olarak niteliksel ve niceliksel içerik analizi uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda, ulaşılan tema ve kategorilerin Deepfake algısına yönelik verdiği bilgiler, direk alıntıya dayalı veriler olarak örneklendirilmiştir.
Günümüzde yeni medyanın, bireylere sağladığı teknolojik imkanlar, otaya çıkardığı zamanda ve meka... more Günümüzde yeni medyanın, bireylere sağladığı teknolojik imkanlar, otaya çıkardığı zamanda ve mekanda birliktelik ile iletişimi kolaylaştırmış ve etkileşimi sürekli hale getirmiştir. Bu etkileşimde kullanıcıların sahip oldukları sosyal kimlikler tepkilerin kontrolsüz, dolayısıyla da sansürsüz olarak ortaya konmasına olanak sağlamıştır. Kullanıcı yorumlarında gördüğümüz bu sansürsüz dışa vurumların sinizm çerçevesinde değerlendirilmesi bu araştırmanın temelini oluşturmaktadır. Sinik tutumların, gözlemlenebilmesine olanak tanıması bakımından sinizmin, bilişsel boyut, duyuşsal boyut ve davranışsal boyutları ile kendisini gösteren; öfke, korku, iğrenme, küçümseme, utanç ve acı içeren eleştirel, iğneleyici veya yıkıcı söylemler baz alınarak yapılan incelemeler sonucunda, belirlenen araştırma sorularına cevap aranmıştır. Bu bağlamda ulaşılan 15.245 yoruma, nitel veriye dayalı niceliksel içerik analizi uygulanırken, en yüksek sinik tutum skoruna sahip paylaşıma, sinik tutumların uygulanma pratiklerini ortaya koymak amacıyla direk alıntılara dayalı betimsel analiz yapılmıştır. Türkiye'de faaliyet gösteren ve en fazla takipçi sayısına sahip aktivist gruplardan biri olarak Toplumsal Cinsiyet Eşitliği Instagram hesabının, 16 gün süre ile takip edilerek, paylaşılan gönderilere yapılan sinik yorumların betimlenmesine yönelik yapılan analizde; yorumların %50,46'sının sinik tutum içerdiği, bu bağlamda toplumun en fazla erdem dışı davranışlardan çocuk istismarı olaylarına yönelik sinik tutum içerisinde oldukları, bu tutumlarının hedefinde kanun koyucuların, adalet mensupları ve toplumun diğer bireylerinin olduğu görülmüştür. Topluma ve devlet kurumlarına olan güvensizlik bağlamında bireylerin topluma yabancılaşma gösterdiği, ağırlıklı olarak öfke, tiksinme ve acı duydukları, dışa vurum bağlamında genellikle iğneleyici mizah ve nefret içeren söylemlerde bulunulduğu görülmüştür.
