Please find below the registration fees for students, academics and industry to attend the 40th EFFoST International conference.

*In case your administration is unable to process the payment because they are on holiday, please register and select the option to receive an invoice. It will be still possible to pay till the 13th of September.
**Student rates apply to those enrolled for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. This should be emailed to [email protected] to support your registration. Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances.
***Academic rates apply to those with a full-time position in a non-commercial institute.

Cancellation information
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide written notice latest October 28, 2026 by e-mail to [email protected]
If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify [email protected] immediately. Provided written notice is received by 15 September 2026, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 6 October 2026, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 6 October 2026, or for no-shows at the conference, there will be no refund.
