How many donkeys can one fit in a hat? a tin hat?
Oh look, an update! Well, I said I’d get round to this eventually and by all accounts it'll probably be the last one for quite some time.
Firstly, there is a big problem with my cat. It is not, contrary to popular belief a girl, but rather a crazy boy. We discovered this whilst visiting the vets for her.............I mean his injections. Dearee dearee me, this would probably explain all the cheeky behaviour. Anyway he's been doing really well actually, got him a cat flap to go in and out of now and he's going outside on a regular basis and loving it. Took a little while of him not being scared to eventually venture out, there was much cuddling and reassuring before he even dared go outside the gate but it seems to have all paid off.
Next, I've been watching a number of new series. Firstly Hex which I'm sure any one who's seen it will agree is very very very strange, contains lots of sex, predictable plot lines and quite a seedy look at an English boarding school. Also dead Like Me, which the pilot was great but I'm slowly losing interest because of a lack of new developments. I mean how fun can it be being a grim reaper?
4400 has started up again and for any one who's not seen that definitely check it out it's amazing and really quite original compared to the other stuff out there. Thank god Doctor Who is finally over, even though I liked season 2 much more than the last one it's still incredibly stupid and rather bent.
Anyway, on with other news. I finally have a job, working for Accenture. Well I say I have a job, I've been given an offer and I've of course accepted it. For those who were talking to me over the past few weeks I'm very sorry for the level of stress I was giving off. When I initially applied for the job I didn’t' much care about it, having wanted to do my own business for so long. Then after I got through the application form and later the first round interview I got very very stressed and competitive and erm.......yeah, one thing lead to another. It's a really nice job and should be really challenging so I look forward to starting in October.
Other than that, not really much to say. Oh I got a PS2 after much debating, got that and all the games on EBay and have been loving it. There's nothing like a good blast of Mortal Kombat Deception to calm ones nerves in the evening or just wind down LOL.
