EDITLife’s Collection and Processing Suite streamlines planning, documentation, and product tracking—from collection through infusion—while automatically updating all related screens to keep information accurate, synchronized, and easily accessible. 

The Planning screen is designed for the comprehensive planning of CT infusions. Clinicians can set targets, monitor when collection goals are reached, and more. Recipient and donor information is displayed. Relevant files, including physician orders and lab reports, can be attached, ensuring critical data is in one place.

The Mobilization screen guides the care team through preparing the donor or patient for collection. It documents pre-mobilization testing and provides both detailed and summary views of the mobilization process, including medications. By keeping all mobilization data organized and easily accessible, this screen supports safe, efficient, and timely procedures.

The Collection screen provides a processed collection summary, which include cell type per bag, totals of each cell type, bag disposition and sterility test results. By centralizing this information, the screen ensures accurate tracking, enhances team coordination, and supports safe and efficient collection workflows.

The Inventory screen provides a comprehensive view of all available products. Physicians can quickly access critical product details—such as collection date, source, disposition, expiration date, cell counts, and total volume per bag—in one centralized location to select units for infusion or boost. EDITLife automatically calculates total cells selected, reducing errors, and updates the Inventory screen in real time, ensuring accurate tracking and streamlined workflows.
