So these days the first preference is not MD Dermatology or not even a Post MBBS doctor with no fear or consequences they openly hire Quacks who have no idea about dermatology or no idea about possible skin reactions and anaphylaxis last year a dentist done a hair transplant and a engineer had anaphylaxis and died.(I'm aware that MDS are allowed in recent court orders) but what about BDS openly recruited ? Its very sad and unfortunate not IMA or any medical association or bodies or not celebrity doctors open their mouth just it does not affect them and they don't give a damn about own doctors its a huge shame this advertisement spoiled my day this is not the only advertisement i have seen same kind of ads from all the popular clinics so systematically all the cosmetology clinics wants to get rid of doctors ?

Lets not make this as FMGE Vs Indian graduates we all are one lets not create divide between us ! i see good and bad doctors graduated in both setup in India private colleges and abroad its just about the person. The core moto of this post is to bring unity and raise voice against mushrooming of medical colleges like tea stalls here and people go in 10s of thousands and come back here with hopes of jobs but in reality getting internship itself its a nightmare of many in states like Tamilnadu

I myself a FMGE those times were different when few studied and came back and enough opportunities now i see every year those who clear the exam itself more than 20,000 where are additional 20k slots for internship ? lets assume they have enough spots but what about PG seat ? Already most seats in the state counselling as given to service candidates and Quota either you secure the top rank or have crores to spend in private colleges !
I'm not saying they should stop completely but just they can with hold new admissions for few years till they clean up the mess and bring strong rules that only doctors can work as doctors not AYUSH or Pharm D or Physiotherapists
