I dunno if anyone's interested, but I just thought livejournal is a good place to state to the world why you love something.
Since I can't figure out how to make my new website cool, I'll just post em here.

Why am I a Nintendo fanboy?
Why am I not a sony, sega, or xbox fanboy? Why don't I play many PC games? If I think about it, the reason is probably because I could never afford the other systems or a PC worth playing games on. But!
I was gifted an NES (my uncle didn't want his daughters playing it anymore, so he dumped it on me)
I had a game gear for like a month and then my mom lost it in sonoma somewhere
I didn't get the SNES until way after the PS1 came out (not that I knew about the playstation, I just couldn't afford the SNES when it first came out, and it took me all that time to convince my parents to buy me one, as the price had dropped)
I only got the N64 because someone gave me Zelda for christmas
but after zelda, there's no turning back.
