El presente artículo tiene como objetivo hacer un análisis sobre la educación en Ecuador y en particular las acciones dirigidas a la atención a las necesidades reales del aprendizaje significativo y aumentar la calidad de la enseñanza en la formación de emprendedores. El tema del emprendimiento es abordado por investigadores de todo el mundo como un fenómeno social y económico. Fueron empleados los métodos de grupo focal y análisis documental en un abordaje cualitativo y explicativo. Los resultados de la investigación destacan que aún las iniciativas de emprendimiento son insuficientes y se hace una propuesta para mejorar esta situación. In the area of international trade, the first element to take into account in order to carry out a successful negotiation is the reflection on the relationship between the profile of the entity's negotiator and the culture of the negotiators involved in the process, in order to determine the points of divergence and contact between them. That is why it is essential to determine the set of aspects that characterize the profile of each of the commercial negotiators. Even though in the literature some works can be found that address the elements that must characterize the negotiators, they present a generic approach based fundamentally on the skills that negotiators must possess, but they suffer from an integrating approach that groups aspects such as the formative characteristics and the elements of the individual that condition his performance as a negotiator. This article presents an analysis of the elements that characterize the profile of negotiators and the role played by emotional intelligence in the negotiation process.

Las concepciones teórica-metodológica de las diferentes corrientes de pensamiento establecen múltiples interpretaciones para un mismo objeto de estudio, principalmente, cuando se trata de analizar causas, motivos, interrelaciones, consecuencias y tendencias de fenómenos económicossociales; aunque se muestre una relativa coincidencia en lo que se refiere a la descripción del fenómeno, características y rasgos más sobresalientes. La conceptualización del desarrollo describe en general el proceso de mejorar el bienestar y la calidad de la vida, que entraña el cambio progresivo de la condición socioeconómica y política. El desarrollo no solo se refiere al crecimiento económico, sino también a cambios fundamentales en la estructura económica y al desarrollo social, ambiental y humano. En ese contexto, el desarrollo debe representar teóricamente mayores oportunidades de elección y capacidad para aprovecharlas.

Efficient and competitive results are essential for the permanence of any organization in the market, therefore, every day it becomes necessary to adopt an integral systemic approach that takes into account all areas of the entity. The proper management of the activities that make up the business logistics, as well as those of the human resources area, constitutes a way to achieve business excellence. The present study was developed in TABACUBA Business Group, and the focus of analysis was the Tobacco Company Torcido Partagás, where a diagnosis was made of both its logistics system and the human resources area, detecting a series of problems that harm the accounts of the company and the Group, having an impact on the product's exports. The general objective of the research is to develop a proposal of incentives that alleviate or eradicate the problems that afflict the company and the Group in general using the benefits of fuzzy logic. Once this incentive proposal is applied, it is expected that the economic results of Partagás and the Group as a whole will improve.
