The Regina Early Learning Centre brings families with young children together, to nurture skills and development through parenting programs, high quality early childhood experiences, and culturally affirming practices. Each year we serve over 250 vulnerable children and their families through our home visiting and preschool programming and hundreds more through the Regina Early Years Family Resource Centre and the Regina Perinatal Health Network.
