When I click on a duplicate song the media player pops up and blocks everything. I can't even shut down unless I go to toolbar and close it that way. How can I move it to where pictures show up and make it smaller?

You can use Alt + F4 to force an application to quit without pressing any other buttons. You can also use the Task Manager to force close a program that is unresponding. The same goes for your media player as well.
There isn't any other tweak to close the media player. Additionally, try to increase the resolution or change the DPI scaling in the Display settings. Drag it to the default value, or decrease it.
