Rick Melnick has 30 years of experience in global commercial agriculture with expertise in biocontrol, crop protection, branding and marketing, strategic communications, and project management. He has been a partner in DunhamTrimmer since 2019, previously serving in leadership roles with Valent Biosciences and Meister Media Worldwide. About Mark Trimmer
Dr. Mark Trimmer has more than 35 years of experience in research, product development, registration, technical service, and technology licensing in the crop protection industry. With training in agronomy, plant physiology, and plant pathology and previous roles with American Cyanamid, BASF, and NutraPark, he co-founded DunhamTrimmer in 2010 to meet the need for independent market research on biological products. Dr. Trimmer currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Biological Products Industry Alliance (BPIA).

About Matthias Liebergesell
Dr. Matthias Liebergesell has served in management roles for all regulatory aspects of microbial biopesticides and biostimulants during development, registration planning, and submission. He has consulted on 18 active ingredients and more than 20 products with small, mid-sized, and multinational companies.
His 40 years of R&D and regulatory support experience include work in academia at the University of Muenster in Germany, and leadership positions with multinational crop protection companies including Pioneer, DuPont and FMC.
