Marketers use mass communication tactics such as advertising, sales promotion, and public relations. Advertising in the mass media has an impact on audiences, but television has the broadest reach and is the most powerful medium for advertising. Advertising has the power to impact people's attitudes, lifestyles, and, in the long term, the culture of a country. In order to succeed in a consumer's market dominated by advertising, a corporation might boost the brand of their product by engaging in promotional activities. Advertisers' major goal is to reach out to consumers and impact their awareness, attitude, and purchasing behaviour. Advertising has the power to influence customer brand preference. It has an effect on customer behaviour. This study examines the consumer buying behvior via the influence of advertisement. ...

It discusses the basic principles, mixing proportions, mixing techniques, molding materials, and pouring techniques to produce high-quality UHPC. The high proportion of ultrafine particles used in UHPC enables optimal packing to minimize composite porosity using a very low water-binder ratio. Molding materials used successfully in the manufacture of UHPC precast elements are steel, silicone, polyurethane, lexan, glass, epoxy-painted wood, and Teflon. UHPC, also known as [1] reactive powder concrete, is characterized by its high strength and ductility due to the presence of metallic or non-metallic fiber reinforcement. The manufacturing process followed in this paper aims to optimize the mix for the most appropriate water:cement ratio and superplasticizer:cement ratio to achieve the target strength and workability. UHPC is a material that is currently gaining momentum in terms of research and implementation due to its outstanding qualities and superiority in comparison with conventional and high-strength concrete.

Glycine 1.5% is widely accepted, but sterile water is cheaper and easily available. All types of irrigants are responsible to cause electrolyte disturbance in different degrees. In our study, we compared glycine 1.5% with sterile water as the irrigant fluid. In this prospective, observational study where 64 patients were included with 31 patients on the sterile group and 33 patients in the Glycine group. Hemoglobin, sodium, and potassium was analyzed postoperatively after 6 hours. Weight of prostate, resection volume, volume of fluid, and resection time were calculated. Results: There were changes in the parameters of hemoglobin and sodium but was not statically significant, whereas the change in potassium was statically significant in both groups. Conclusions: Sterile water is safe, inexpensive, and easy available fluid for TURP compared to glycine 1.5%. Study did not show any significant difference in using both fluids, our sample size was small and so needs a similar study with large sample size to confirm the observation.

The Maharashtra state ranks first in the production of grapes, probably Western Maharashtra produces nearly 800 thousand tons of grapes every year. The major wastage of grapes is due to low sugar content, glossy appearance, shrinkage, excess water in berry, scorching and size variation. Therefore, there is a need to preserve the grapes by drying and making raisins for a non-seasonal requirement. The experiment was conducted for drying of grapes in Solar Greenhouse Dryer and Open Sun condition from 1st of April to 4th of April for 48 hours. The initial weight of the grapes to be dried was 500 grams for both Solar Greenhouse Dryer and open sun drying conditions. These sources are used as a good source for the good yield of biofuels that results to higher energy production. These biomasses comprised of various organic chemicals which are processed for production like sugars, starch and hydrocarbons components. Industrial, agricultural and domestic wastes are treated and converted to biosolids or sewage sludge, which contains a diversity of organic chemicals in different ranges. Organic chemicals like hydrocarbons, alkanes, alcohols, esters, ethers, various amines, and isomers of compounds were studied in the sewage sludge. As with the variety of sewage sludge it might be used for the production of fuels for energy production. Studies and discussions in the way to use sewage sludge give the assumption for the alternative's sources or biomass for the production of biofuel.

The word greenhouse dryer is used for a building which is highly glazed with thermal conditioning... more The word greenhouse dryer is used for a building which is highly glazed with thermal conditioning for desired range and it is used for cultivating crops, plants, vegetables, etc. The actual working of a greenhouse is that the short-wave radiations falling on the greenhouse are absorbed by the outer glazing material thereby heating the interior area of greenhouse and providing ambient heat for plants, vegetables growth respectively. The heated space is retained within the enclosure of greenhouse. This phenomenon is called as greenhouse effect. The important role played during the greenhouse effect phenomenon are atmosphere, insulating roofs, walls, etc. The current study focuses on the numerical and experimental validation of Solar Greenhouse which is utilized for drying phenomenon. The numerical simulation is performed using Finite Element Analysis method. The various roof shapes have been incorporated to have emphasis on maximum solar gain to drying phenomenon.

Resistance factors (RFs) were calculated between 1.06 to 3.33 for fenvalerate and 2.01 to 3.83 for diazinon. Resistance to fenvalerate was detected at level I in three isolates while two isolates were susceptible. Resistance against diazinon was found at level I in all the isolates examined. Ticks from plains and low altitude areas showed higher RFs wherein intensive animal husbandry practices were followed and the use of chemical acaricides was widespread in comparison to high altitude areas. Data generated on fenvalerate and diazinon resistance status of ticks in north-western Himalayan region will provide new insights in acaricidal resistance particularly from remote areas of this region and will help in formulating suitable control measures.

However, the structure and origin of photoluminescence in these dots synthesized by the bottom-up approach are still a subject of debate. Here, using a series of separation techniques like solvent extraction, column chromatography, gel electrophoresis and dialysis, we present three distinct fluorescent materials in GQDs synthesized from pyrene, a well-known precursor molecule. The subtle balance between the extent of graphitization and molecular fluorophores determines the nature of fluorescence emission in GQDs verified using a suite of optical and vibrational spectroscopy techniques in combination with electron microscopy. The single-particle level emission properties strongly support our observation. Using cell imaging studies, we also verify that all three materials are suitable for fluorescent staining of biological samples. Our results resolve a long-standing debate o...

Malfunctioning and abnormalities in lysosomes can cause a plethora of neurodegenerative diseases. Consequently, understanding the structural information on lysosomes down to a subnanometer level is essential. Recently, super-resolution imaging techniques enable us to visualize dynamical processes occurring in suborganelle structures inside living cells down to subnanometer accuracy by breaking the diffraction limit. A brighter and highly photostable fluorescent probe is essential for super-resolution microscopy. In this regard, this mini-review deals with the various types of super-resolution techniques and the probes that are used to specifically stain and resolve the structure of the lysosomes.
