DSE-Mobile Service

DHAKA STOCK EXCHANGE PLC. (DSE) has implemented a Centralized Order Management System 'DSE-FlexTP' for the TREC holders of the Exchange to manage their orders. DSE-Mobile is a platform of DSE-FlexTP by which investors of DSE can get real-time market updates and as well as can trade (if TREC permitted). DSE-Mobile service was launched on March 09, 2016. This is connecting investors to the state-of-the-art technology of trading.

DSE is focusing on smart service to end customers through Mobile service. DSE-Mobile is a service by which DSE can reach to end customer and can bring a new dimension of business opportunities in the capital market. There are two applications under DSE-Mobile service as follows:

1. DSE-Mobile (APP): The DSE-Mobile (App) is mobile application (APP) which provides real time securities quotes (bid/ask), Request for Streaming (RFS) trading capabilities, managing and monitoring resting orders in a secure mode, synchronization with trader-dealer terminal. DSE-Mobile is a native mobile application for iOS and Android phones. DSE-Mobile (APP) has following versions:

• DSE-Mobile VIP - Allows investor to be aware of his portfolio and favorites without efforts, keep in touch with professional trader to get high-end services. Trader will professionally manage best execution of orders.
• DSE-Mobile Trader - Allows investor to be aware of his portfolio and favorites without efforts, keep in touch with professional trader to get high-end services while availing ability to manage his orders (submission, modification, cancelation etc.).
• DSE-Mobile Biz Owner - Allows business owner to be aware of activities of his broking business status. This is only for dealer account of TREC holder.

2. DSE-Investor: Allows investor to be aware of his portfolio and favorites without efforts, keep in touch with professional trader to get high-end services while availing ability to manage his orders (submission, modification, cancelation etc.). This application can run on any HTML-5 compatible browser from PC, Laptop etc.

Investor should apply in prescribed Form to the TREC. TREC will allow the user to use DSE-Mobile service and take necessary action to register user in the DSE-FlexTP System.

Fees and Charges

• DSE provide DSE-Mobile connection to the interested TREC Holder Companies upon payment of service for Mobile Apps of BDT 125.00 (Including VAT and Tax) for each connection per month.
  
  
• It's TREC business policy to impose fees or charge to investor for the DSE-Mobile service.
• There will be no additional charge (like registration, commission, transaction etc.) to investors for DSE-Mobile service except DSE imposed charge to TRECs.

Support Service

Investors are the clients of TREC's and to be the user of DSE-Mobile service. Investors KYC (Know Your Clients), fund and portfolio are managed by the TREC. The TREC is responsible for the investor to avail the DSE-Mobile service and provide primary support service to his investor on DSE-Mobile.

• Before allowing trade version, TREC will ensure that, the investors have adequate knowledge on market rules and trading operation. But non trade version (DSE-Mobile VIP) can allow.
• User (Investor) should ensure standard device and good quality of internet connectivity to get best performance of DSE-Mobile and should follow the user guideline to get details of operational issues.
• TREC will provide primary support to their investors. Primary support covers:
  • User management (registration, credentials management, suspend-resume etc.);
  • Clarification on trading rules
  • Operational issues;
  • Query/information;
  • Technical support;
• For unresolved issues TREC IT officer will report to respective team of DSE.
