DreamHack’s commitment to accessibility makes sure everyone can enjoy gaming without barriers. The festival makes sure every gamer can participate fully for an unforgettable weekend. We aim to set a standard for making gaming more welcoming and enjoyable for all!

Accessibility Information

DreamHack takes place at the NEC Birmingham, a venue designed to be accessible and welcoming for all visitors. The NEC offers step-free access throughout, accessible toilets and Changing Places facilities, Blue Badge parking, mobility equipment hire, induction loop systems, and clear travel options by train, car, or taxi.

Trained assistance dogs are welcome, and venue staff are available onsite to help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for guests with access needs.

Companion Tickets

Those who are eligible for a UK Access Card, with the +1 symbol, (or equivalent country related cards) or other government-issued companion scheme may receive one free companion ticket when purchasing a full-price ticket.

mobility assistance

NEC Birmingham has a fleet of mobility equipment available to hire on a first come, first serve basis. These can be booked online in advance, normally 3 months before the event. It’s recommended booking early to avoid disappointment.

Blue Badge Parking

To help you plan your Blue Badge Visitor Parking, we have created a short film explaining what to expect when you arrive onsite at the NEC and the facilities we have available.
