Dr Who with a steampunk/victoriana twist
in a parallel universe 1899 the dr travelled to Scotland where the chameleon circuit blew, the doctors TARDIS was stuck in the form of a Victorian police call box.
In 1879 the Torchwood institute was first set up.
in Victoria's rein is where everything changed.
The industrial Revolution's progress was augmented by alien technology.
The world was never quite the same.
This community is one for artwork, story's Comic strips and anything else related to Dr. Who's clockwork adventures.
