Attachment 1 - Desktop Software Addendum
1. Desktop Software Included in the Product
For clarity, the Product includes downloadable and installable desktop software, updates, patches, model bundles, local components, and related documentation that Customer may install and use solely as permitted by this Agreement.
2. License Scope
Subject to this Agreement, Provider grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right during the applicable Subscription Period to install and use the desktop software in object-code form on devices controlled by Customer, solely to access and use the Product as permitted by this Agreement.
3. Updates
The desktop software may download, install, or require updates, patches, configuration changes, security fixes, or model bundles. Customer agrees that some Product features may require Customer to use a current or supported version of the desktop software.
4. Local Storage and Device Environment
The desktop software may store files, cached data, encrypted model bundles, logs, settings, credentials, and related Product data locally on Customer devices. Customer is responsible for maintaining the security of Customer devices and operating environments.
5. Restrictions Specific to Desktop Software
Without limiting Section 2.1 of the Standard Terms, Customer may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
- bypass or circumvent license checks, access controls, plan restrictions, or feature gating;
- extract, decrypt, scrape, benchmark, copy, redistribute, or republish any model bundle, model key, or protected Product component except as expressly permitted by Provider in writing;
- use the desktop software or any Product component to create, train, improve, or validate a competing product or service; or
- tamper with update, download, telemetry, integrity-checking, or security mechanisms included with the Product.
6. Third-Party Components
The Product may include open-source or third-party software components subject to their own license terms. To the extent required by those licenses, such terms will apply to the relevant third-party components.
7. Cloud Sharing and Regulated Data
The Product may include cloud-based sharing, storage, collaboration, download, or recipient access features for exported files or other artifacts. Unless Provider expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement, Provider does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any cloud-sharing or cloud-export feature satisfies EAR, ITAR, CMMC, DFARS, NIST 800-171, export-control, controlled-unclassified-information, or similar requirements.
Customer is solely responsible for determining whether Customer Content may be uploaded to, stored in, shared through, exported through, or otherwise processed by any cloud-based Product feature. Organizations subject to EAR, ITAR, CMMC, DFARS, NIST 800-171, CUI-handling, or similar requirements may use the Product only at their own risk and remain solely responsible for configuring their workflows and using or avoiding cloud-based Product features as appropriate for their obligations.
For clarity, the statement above is specific to cloud-based sharing and export workflows. Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Provider does not make any independent representation that the Product, or any specific workflow, is compliant with any particular regulatory or security framework.
Attachment 2 - ML/OCR & Output Addendum
1. Product Features
The Product may use optical character recognition, machine learning, statistical inference, document parsing, classification, extraction, validation, and related automated processing to analyze technical drawings and related files.
2. Output Disclaimer
Customer acknowledges that OCR, machine learning, and automated analysis features may produce incomplete, incorrect, inconsistent, or misleading output. Product output is not a substitute for independent engineering, manufacturing, quality, inspection, regulatory, or professional review. Customer is solely responsible for reviewing and validating all inputs, outputs, analyses, exports, and downstream decisions before relying on them.
3. No Engineering or Professional Advice
The Product provides software assistance tools only. Provider does not provide engineering, legal, compliance certification, manufacturing approval, or other professional services merely by making the Product available.
4. Customer Content Processing
Provider may process Customer Content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Product and related offerings, including document ingestion, OCR, export generation, secure sharing, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and account administration.
5. Modification to Section 1.6 (Machine Learning)
Section 1.6 of the Standard Terms is replaced with the following:
Provider may use Usage Data to maintain, improve, enhance, secure, support, and promote Provider's products and services. Provider may also use Customer Content to provide the Product features requested by Customer, including OCR, parsing, validation, export, and sharing workflows. Provider will not use Customer Content to train generalized machine learning models for Provider's products except with Customer's express consent or as otherwise expressly described in an applicable Order Form, Product Schedule, or posted policy incorporated into this Agreement.
6. High-Risk Use
Customer will not use the Product as the sole basis for decisions in any context where an error in Product output could reasonably be expected to cause death, personal injury, environmental harm, or other high-risk outcomes.
Attachment 3 - Lite Product Schedule
1. F4 Lite Nature
F4 Lite is a self-serve version of the Product that may be offered on a free, trial, preview, pilot, or limited-feature basis.
2. Eligibility and Gating
Access to F4 Lite may be conditioned on account creation, email verification, intake or onboarding completion, anti-abuse checks, rate limits, download controls, and other eligibility requirements. Provider may deny, suspend, or limit Lite access to prevent abuse, misuse, or operational risk.
3. Feature Limits
F4 Lite may include reduced functionality, reduced storage, reduced export rights, reduced collaboration rights, reduced secure sharing functionality, reduced support, and other feature limitations determined by Provider from time to time.
4. Support and Availability
Unless expressly stated otherwise, F4 Lite is provided without any SLA, uptime commitment, or guaranteed support response time.
5. Upgrades
If Customer becomes eligible for or purchases Full access, or enters into another agreement for the Product, Provider may move Customer to the applicable Product tier and the applicable Full schedule or separate written agreement will control from that point forward.
