Theme Compatability Tips
While we try and make Visual Customizer compatabile with all themes, some provide their own custom LearnDash styles that conflict.

To test your themes compatability you can try switching to preview mode on the WordPress twentyseventeen theme.

We also aknowledge that the "Boss for LearnDash" and LearnDash Design Upgrade" plugins do many of the same styling changes that VIsual Customizer does and doesn't run well at the same time.

If you're having odd displays using a shortcode, try switching to TEXT mode and make sure you don't have a <|pre> <|/pre> tag around the shortcode
License Activation Tips

Make sure you don't have any white spaces before or after the license key.

If you purchased a bundle use the individual product license key, not the bundle license key.

After entering your license key make sure you hit "save" before you click "activate"

If none of these work please click "Check activation response" and include it in this message.
Error Message Tips
If you see a message that starts with NOTICE or WARNING -- this means your web host is in DEBUG MODE which is not ideal for performance or security. If you open a ticket with your website host they can disable DEBUG MODE and these errors will go away.
