This guide explains how to uninstall and completely remove Product Designer App from your website safely.

Before You Begin #

Before uninstalling the Product Designer App, please note:

• Uninstalling the plugin will disable the design tool immediately
• Deleting the plugin may remove all related data, including designs, uploads, and settings
• Make sure you back up your website and database before proceeding

Deactivate Plugin #

Uninstalling will disable the plugin but keep files and data (depending on your configuration).

Steps

1. Go to your WordPress Admin Panel
2. Navigate to Plugins (1)
3. Find Product Designer App
4. Click Deactivate (2)

After deactivation, you can activate the plugin again at any time if you want to continue using it.

Note:
Deactivation will stop the plugin from running but may not remove all stored data.

Uninstall Plugin #

To fully remove Product Designer App and all its files:

Option 1: Delete from WordPress Admin

1. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins
2. Deactivate Product Designer App
3. Click Delete
4. Confirm the deletion

Option 2: Delete via FTP (Manual Cleanup)

If you want to ensure everything is removed:

1. Connect to your server via FTP
2. Go to: /wp-content/plugins/
3. Delete the product-designer-app folder
4. (Optional) Remove related upload folders, usually located in: /wp-content/uploads/product-designer/

Remove Database Data (Optional) #

If you want to remove all plugin data completely:

• Delete Product Designer App tables from the database (if applicable)
• Remove plugin options from wp_options
