Printing Type is mandatory for every product design in Product Designer App (PDA). Through printing types, you can define printing fees based on:

• Colors
• Sizes
• Design sides
• Components
• Fixed prices
  and many other combinations.

Each product design must be linked to at least one printing type to calculate the final order price correctly.

Add a New Printing Type #

To create a new printing type:

• Go to Printings menu (1)
• Click Add Print (2)

Basic Printing Information #

In the printing creation screen:

1. Enter Print Name (1)
2. Select a Thumbnail for the printing type (2)
3. Select the Number of Sides you want to configure (3)

Set Up Price Variants #

In the Price Setup Area, you can configure pricing for each design side. You can:

• Manage the number of sides (3)
• Add new sides if needed (4)
• Click on a side to configure its pricing
• Click Add Print Attribute (5) to apply pricing rules
• Click Add Limit Quantity (6) to configure quantity-based discounts
• Click Update Print (7) to save all changes

Sides Pricing #

Some products have multiple design sides (for example: front, back, left, right). With side pricing, you can:

• Set different prices for each side
• Apply discounts for multiple designed sides

Example:

• 1 side: $2
• 2 sides: $3 (instead of $4)

This allows flexible pricing based on your business model.

Print Attributes #

Print Attributes define how prices are calculated. You can calculate price based on:

• Colors
• Size
• Fixed price
• Or a combination of multiple price types

How to Add Print Attributes?

1. Select one or more price types (1)
2. Click Add (2) to apply them to the price table

After adding attributes, configure the price table values based on your pricing rules.

Discount by Quantity #

You can offer additional discounts based on order quantity.

How to Add Quantity Discount?

1. Click Add Limit Quantity (1)
2. Enter the quantity limit (2)
3. Click Add (3)

Once added, the new quantity tier will appear in the pricing table.

• Multiple sides
• Print attributes
• Quantity discounts

you can create advanced and flexible pricing rules that match real printing costs.

Manage Printing Types #

You can manage existing printing types at any time:

• Click Edit (1) to update a printing type
• Click Remove (2) to delete a printing type

Notes #

• Printing Type is required for all design products
• Always click Update Print to save changes
• Review pricing carefully to avoid incorrect order totals
