Resetting password

You can reset your Gravity Flow account password using one of the following methods.

From the login page

  1. Go to the Gravity Flow login page.
  2. Click on the Lost Password? link.

  1. Type in your Username or Email address and click on Get New Password.

  1. A password reset email will be sent. Find it (make sure you check your Bulk or Spam folders) and click the reset password link within.
  2. You will be returned to the gravityflow.io website, where you will be prompted to enter your new password. Enter one with the appropriate strength, then click the Reset Password button to complete the process.

From your profile tab

  1. Login to your Gravity Flow account.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Scroll to the Change your password section.
  4. Type in the New password and the Confirm password.

  1. Click on Save Changes.
