This API uses bearer token authentication (JWT). Ensure your requests include a valid token in the header. See our guide on authentication for our API platform v3. for more information on authentication.

Managing Custom Hotlists

The Custom Hotlists API provides tools to manage wanted license plates with services for creating, updating, and retrieving lists by organization.

A common use case for this API is to import custom hotlists (or watchlists) from another system you already have e.g. digital case/evidence management system.

Custom Hotlist Limits

Each organization can have at most 5,000 unique license plate entries across all of active custom hotlists combined. Please remove or expire unnecessary plates, or contact your Flock Safety CSM for more details.
