System Info provides a comprehensive snapshot of your WordPress environment, plugin setup, and server configuration.
It allows our support team to diagnose form-related issues quickly without requiring access to your site.
Why Support Requests System Info #

Where to Find System Info #
From your WordPress dashboard:
- Go to Everest Forms → Tools → System Info.
- The System Info dashboard will open automatically.

How to Copy System Info #
At the top-right corner of the System Info dashboard, you’ll see a Copy Setting icon.
- Click the Copy Setting button.
- The full system report is copied to your clipboard.
- Paste it directly into your support ticket or email.

No formatting or editing is required.
What Information Is Included #
System Info is grouped into the following sections:
1. PHP and Server Configuration #
These settings directly affect form behavior, file uploads, and processing time.
- Max execution time
- PHP memory limit
- Maximum upload size
- Max input variables
- Default timezone
Low limits in this section can cause slow submissions, upload failures, or incomplete entries.
2. Email and SMTP Configuration #
These details help diagnose issues with form notifications.
- SMTP hostname
- SMTP port
This information helps determine whether notification emails are being sent through the server or an external mail service.
3. Web Server Details #
Used to identify hosting-level or network-related issues.
- Server name
- Server IP address
4. Database Configuration #
Important for diagnosing problems with entry storage and large submissions.
- MySQL version
- Maximum allowed packet size
Low limits here may cause issues when saving large form entries or submissions with file uploads.
Is System Info Safe to Share? #
Yes. The System Info report:
- Does not include passwords or private user data
- Does not expose admin or FTP credentials
