What Information Is Included #

System Info is grouped into the following sections:

1. PHP and Server Configuration #

These settings directly affect form behavior, file uploads, and processing time.

  • Max execution time
  • PHP memory limit
  • Maximum upload size
  • Max input variables
  • Default timezone

Low limits in this section can cause slow submissions, upload failures, or incomplete entries.

2. Email and SMTP Configuration #

These details help diagnose issues with form notifications.

  • SMTP hostname
  • SMTP port

This information helps determine whether notification emails are being sent through the server or an external mail service.

3. Web Server Details #

Used to identify hosting-level or network-related issues.

  • Server name
  • Server IP address

4. Database Configuration #

Important for diagnosing problems with entry storage and large submissions.

  • MySQL version
  • Maximum allowed packet size

Low limits here may cause issues when saving large form entries or submissions with file uploads.

Is System Info Safe to Share? #

Yes. The System Info report:

  • Does not include passwords or private user data
  • Does not expose admin or FTP credentials
  • Is used strictly for support and troubleshooting

You can safely share it with our support team.

When to Include System Info #

We recommend sharing System Info when:

  • Opening a new support ticket
  • Reporting form submission or validation errors
  • Experiencing file upload issues
  • Notification emails are missing or delayed
  • Troubleshooting performance issues with large or multi-step forms

Including it upfront helps us assist you faster.
