How to Use Analytics in Everest Forms

The Analytics dashboard helps you track and analyze user behavior across all your Everest Forms. You can monitor submissions, view conversion rates, check device breakdowns, and identify your top-performing forms all from a single page in your WordPress dashboard.

Prerequisites:
- Everest Forms Pro.

Access the Analytics Dashboard #

Go to Everest Forms → Analytics in your WordPress admin. By default, the dashboard displays analytics for all forms.

Review Key Metrics #

The top section displays summary cards with your most important form analytics. Each card also shows a comparison with the previous period so you can spot trends at a glance.You can change the metric displayed on each card using its dropdown. Available options include:

  1. Total Submissions: Total number of form entries submitted.
  2. Complete Submissions: Number of fully completed form submissions.
  3. Incomplete Submissions: Number of partially filled forms that were not completed.
  4. Impressions: Number of times the form was viewed by users.
  5. Conversion Rate: Percentage of form views that resulted in a submission.
  6. Bounce Rate: Percentage of users who left without interacting with the form.
  7. Abandonment Rate: Number of users who started filling the form but didn’t submit.
  8. Revenue: Percentage of started forms that were not completed.
  9. Total Submissions: Total income generated from form submissions.
  10. Total Transactions: Number of successful payment transactions made through the form.

View Overview Charts #

The chart section provides a visual representation of your form analytics over time. You can switch between different chart groups using the dropdown:

  1. Submissions Overview: Displays Total, Completed, Abandoned, Bounced, and Impressions in one combined chart.
  2. Entry Status: Focuses on form entry statuses.
  3. Payment Overview: Shows payment-related metrics.

Each group can show all related metrics in a single combined chart, or you can use the dropdown to switch to an individual chart and focus on one metric at a time.

Use the toggle on the right to switch between a line graph and a bar graph, depending on how you prefer to visualize the data.

Explore Detailed Insights #

This section provides deeper insights into form performance and user behavior. Use the dropdown to switch between different views:

  1. Device Breakdown: Distribution of users by device (desktop, mobile, tablet).
  2. Top Performing Forms (Entries): Forms with the highest number of submissions.
  3. Top Performing Forms (Revenue): Forms generating the most revenue.
  4. Complete vs Incomplete Entries: Comparison of successfully submitted vs unfinished forms.
  5. Revenue Overview: Summary of earnings over time.
  6. Top Referral Pages: Shows the URLs of pages where users most frequently land before reaching your form.

Export and Print #

CSV Export #

Click the Export button at the top-right to download the currently displayed analytics data as a CSV file.

Print #

Click the Print button to open your browser’s print dialog. Only the currently displayed data and selected filters will be included in the printout.
