All GRUB configuration files must be owned by root

Description

The files in /boot/grub2 should be owned by the root user to prevent destruction or modification of the file. To properly set the owner of /boot/grub2, run the command:

$ sudo chown root /boot/grub2

Rationale

To prevent unauthorized access and modifications to boot configuration.
