Step-by-Step Integration Guide
Step 1: Create a Scenario in Make.com
- Go to Make.com and log in.
- Click “Create a new scenario.”
- Search for and select “Webhooks.”
- Choose “Custom webhook.”
- Click “Add” to create a new webhook.
- Give your webhook a name, e.g.,
Timetics Booking. - Click “Save” — a Webhook URL will be generated. Copy it.
Step 2: Add the Webhook URL to WP Timetics
- Log into your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to WP Timetics > Settings > Webhooks.
- Paste the Make.com webhook URL into the relevant webhook field.
- Choose when this webhook should be triggered.
- Click Save Changes.

Step 3: Test the Webhook Connection
- Go back to your scenario in Make.com.
- Click “Run once.”
- Perform a test action in WP Timetics (e.g., book a test appointment).
- Make.com should now receive a webhook payload from Timetics.
Step 4: Connect More Apps
- After the webhook module, click the “+” icon.
- Choose an app you want to send data to (e.g., Send an Email).
- Configure the action — e.g., setup email content.
- Map the fields from the webhook to the desired app fields.
