Looks like I scratched my cornea while changing contacts, again.
Back to glasses for a week while it heals.
*sigh*

In other news:
Still unemployed. Need to get back on the ball.

Used the common house gym for the first time today, trying to make it a regular thing.
Starting small, working on my stamina and will.
Worry about weight and such after I get a routine I can stick with.

Gravitas is coming along wonderfully.

Earthdawn game starting next Wednesday. I'm both psyched and a bit freaked.
I have tons of ideas and now real way to implement them yet.
Unfortunately the sounding boards I normally use to refine these ideas are both players.
Anyone wanna volunteer as someone to bounce ideas off of?

House closing should be happening in the morning.
This means, job or not, next week is gonna be busy with house work.

Other than feeling a little lonely and no job life is going pretty good.
Which of course makes fighting off depression all the harder for some reason.

Missing some of the folks back home. Trying to plan a visit.

Nothing else on my mind at the moment.

You ever get into one of those situations where it doesn't matter what you say, there are no good choices.
Either somebody's gotta walk away hurt now, or they just get to hurt worse later.
I fucking hate that

I've just recently come to the realization that I'm going to be moving just days before Christmas.
A slight change of plans has me now moving on the 22nd (monday).
I could use a dresser as my car is too small to bring up furniture if someone has one they don't need, otherwise it's off to IKEA land of allen wrenches and sweedish meatballs.

Anyone interested and willing to have a jew crash your xmas party?

Ok, so I recently got a new phone. And I had to transfer most of the stuff over by hand (despite being told I wouldn't have to)
Also at the same time my desktop crashed, HARD. This means I'm missing a lot of info for how to contact you people.
Aside from needing phone#'s and email and snail mail addresses from some of you, I have decided I want pictures.

So here is the deal:
1. Give me your contact info, I may have it already but I would like to be sure its up to date. (this post will remained screened for your protection)
2. In a separate post give me 2 pics. At least one should be a photo of you (though it doesn't have to be if you don't want to) and the other should be a pic you want me to associate with you. I will be choosing one of them to be my caller ID for you. Please specify if you wish this second post to be screened or not.
3. Do something like this in your own journal (maybe)

So etherial  and his lady, a friend of mine and I went to the faire on sunday.
The grounds as usual were beautiful, the weather was gorgeous, and the pirates piratey
I bought a nice new leather veat for my garb that I may just start wearing elsewhere, and a new belt pouch.
I also found a leather shop that redyed my faded gloves for only $20, and that should give me another 8 years out of them (more if I remember not to leave them where the sun can get to them)

One of my favorite parts of the day was the Sultry Sirens of Sin and the Rakish Rogues performing on the swashbuckler stage.
One of the songs the sirens sang is still stuck in my head (appropriate, no?)

Ok, so now that I'm back home after the awesome party at Chez Bryant, it's time to plan the annual "come visit Doc and got to the PA Renn Faire trip"

I am not averse to multiple sojourns to the faire if we can't get everyone in one go.
I can host a number of people at my house, variable based on who is willing to sleep on a floor or  sofa.

Help me take the shire by storm.... we will be legion.
