First off, **hugs**

Being unhappy in your own skin can be a great motivation to make positive changes if you want. Just be careful you don't fall into some sort of perfectionism trap.

It's been my experience that, while each of us may never be truly happy with who we are (it's stupidly hard to be perfect), this sense of "I don't like this. It's change o'clock!" is one of the best…
