Hello everyone, just joined the forum, quite new to 3js.
I’m looking for some direction for a project I’m working. I’m working on an interactive Liquid Metal shape and I’ve seen that 3js is able to create what I’m looking for.
I mainly use Houdini so my thought process was to animate points in Houdini, export the animation(so just the points) so I can get the right position and speed, then use those positions to spawn “blobs” that then smoothly blend into each other, maybe using ray marching, to give the feeling of Liquid Metal.
How does that sound, is this a workflow that you think will work and where should I go from here, I’m eager to learn and looking forward to getting deep into 3js.
