Documentation: can't open links in new tabs

Hi!

Firstly, thank you for your work and threejs!

Imho, the documentation will be more usable if it will possible to open a link in new tab(middle mouse button in firefox, for ex.). Using tabs is very useful while reading tons of relative pages

Why not to add href attribute(with url value) to a-tags? I think, it will not break currently used onclick functionality, but will allow to use middle mouse button(and copy link from context menu).
